Peaceful home with a modern design, come stay here on your vacation and make some lifetime memories, this is a wonderful beach retreat. “Hernandez Beach Chic A” is a completely remodeled and detached home. The property is single level, front unit of the duplex, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,200 sq. ft., full remodel interior/exterior and including flooring, appliances, furniture, landscape, and paint.

It is a 5 minute drive to all Solana Beach has to offer: Fletcher Cove Beach, Del Mar Race Track, and Solana Beach Design District. This home sleeps 8 in beds, and has a maximum occupancy of 7 including children.

“Hernandez Beach Chic A” is located in front of SeaBreeze number SOL-840B (2 beds, & 1 bath). Unit A is a serene contemporary feeling cottage with Mediterranean landscape, exquisitely decorated patio where you can easily rest, relax, recharge, have a barbecue, or sit around the fire pit and catch up with one another.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and closet, guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed and closet, and guest bedroom #2 has a full over full bunk bed. Both full bathrooms are shower/tub combinations.

The beautifully updated living room leads to the kitchen and patio, and large flat screen TV that everyone can enjoy from comfortable seating. Updated kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, 4 seating dining table, making it a great place to grab a snack or meal indoors. It has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires, all you need do is add the food and the fun and enjoy.

All beds and bathroom are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. Additional amenities include, washer/dryer, WIFI, cable, wall heating, 2 designated driveway parking spot, and additional street parking.

“Hernandez Beach Chic A” is newly remodeled interior/exterior, located west of the 5 freeway, proximity to all Solana Beach has to offer, Del Mar Race Track, Design District, Fletcher Cove Beach, train station (1.5 miles, or 5 minute drive), Legoland (15 miles, or 20 minute drive), San Diego Zoo (20 miles, or 30 minute drive), restaurants, cafes, easy access to freeway, etc.

It has a beautiful modern design, professional furnishings, functional, clean, and peaceful.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Maximum occupancy of 7, sleeps 8 people in beds (2 queen bed & 1 full over full bunk bed), & 3-4 day minimum stay.

Currently the property has story poles up on the roof and yard, take a look at the photo. The poles will be up for the next 30-60 days, while the remodel plans are being approved by the city. Story poles should be coming down by the end of Spring.

There is no smoking inside or outside this property – NO EXCEPTIONS.

This home has No Air Conditioning, but 1 wall heater.

Laundry located in home, side by side washer/dryer.

Driveway parking only with 2 designated spots, additional street parking if needed, and no garage access.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

SeaBreeze only uses legal housekeeping companies, cleaning fees, which are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances required by law.

Solana Beach Great house and location. We will certainly stay there again next year.

The house was immaculately clean. It has been recently been renovated very nicely and it looks brand new. New appliances and furniture and is decorated nicely, just like the photos. The beds were very comfortable, with nice linens and there were plenty of clean towels – including beach towels! The bathrooms were clean and worked well – even with our family of seven showering after the beach, we never ran out of hot water. Having a washer and dryer was great and they worked really well. There’s even a gas fire pit on the patio that we used to make s’mores one night. The cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys provided were a great surprise and made our beach trips so easy. This property is beautiful and in a very convenient location. Some of the best, least crowded beaches in San Diego County are only minutes away, it’s only minutes to the Del Mar Racetrack and super-fast and easy access to the freeway. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors and there many different restaurants and shopping near-by. The owner and management team were very easy to work with and very accommodating. They checked with us a couple times to be sure we were comfortable and their app made find the location, getting access, getting Wi-Fi and TV details and check-out really easy. We highly recommend this location, especially great for families! My kids are already asking me to schedule next year’s trip back to Hernadez. If you stay here, be sure to walk down to Tony’s Jacal restaurant for the area’s best Mexican food and friendly service and get great NY pizza by the slice at nearby Bongiorno's!

Great house in outstanding location!

My family had a wonderful experience staying at this lovely property for almost 6 months. The house was clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and included all of the amenities one could possibly need. The outside area was just as welcoming, with a fire pit and lots of comfortable seating. The house is located in a quiet, prime area, just minutes away from Solana Beach, Del Mar, and just a short distance from lovely Encinitas and Leucadia with all the shops and restaurants you could possibly want. To top it off, you are only minutes away from Del Mar Racetrack. The owner of the property was completely responsive to all our needs and a pleasure to work with. This location and house simply can't be beat. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to all.
