We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Great sunsets, pool , hot tub and fireplace. Lots of room to relax, big kitchen to cook in if you want. Close to the beach and easy to access from the hwy.

I rented from Sea Breeze Vacation Rentals for Labor Day weekend and all our expectations were met. Check-in required that we met a host, which went smooth and they were even able to get us an extra fan. Once we checked in we were very pleased with the cleanliness, furniture, and layout of the condo. We did not get a chance to cook while there, but the kitchen was fully stocked. We forgot our beach towels, so were glad to see that there were some provided – along with a cooler and some toys that we didn’t need or use. The windows and fans really allowed for fresh air all times of the day and the patio was perfect for enjoying a drink at sunset. It was nice and quiet at night without interruptions from the neighbors or I-5. The condo is conveniently located to stores, gas stations, restaurants, bars – we walked to breakfast and dinner multiple times. San Clemente isn’t a large city, so everything is a short drive away and there are plenty of beaches to explore. We will absolutely stay with Sea Breeze again, especially when in San Clemente!

Great Condo

We enjoyed staying in this newly upgraded and very comfortable condo with an ocean view from the balcony. Everyone was very friendly and it's a great neighborhood. We appreciated and were surprised by the breakfast items and bottle wine that was there for us when we arrived. It was a perfect condo for two adults and two children and we were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool too. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay, Very Comfortable

The condo was very clean and modern. Perfect for us a family of 3. It was a great alternative from an hotel and in between all the major attractions so cal had to offer. San Clemente is a charming town especially on the fourth when the fireworks were spectacular. Pool was a nice addition to come back to at the end of the hot days . The beach was a little further than we thought but was not an issue since it was very quiet when you got there. Would definitely recommend for families of 4 or less.

Excellent Property

My son is a Marine who was coming back from Afghanistan, and he and his wife needed a place to be able to celebrate their first Christmas. This Condo was perfect for them. They both commented on how well appointed it was, and they were very happy with their short walk to the beach. Management was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely rent again.

Convenient with great Pool

This unit is very convenient if you have to get to either San Diego or central Orange County. The bed is comfortable and the appliances updated. It's clean and suffices for a place to stay. The complex itself is quiet, with a great pool, tennis courts, (golf next door), secure parking and workout room. The beach is about a half mile away, and after you cross over the freeway, is a relatively quiet walk. The grocery store is about a mile away.
