Ideally located, this spacious condo is just steps away from San Clemente’s gorgeous beaches and best attractions, restaurants, and shops.

Take in the ocean views from the living room that is situated with modern and comfortable furnishings and ample seating for all guests to enjoy. The open concept flows directly into the dining room with seating for 4; perfectly set up for entertaining. The flat-screen TV and soft, calming décor will make you feel right at home. For added convenience, the comfy sofa can be pulled out to a queen size sofa bed.

True southern California living is nothing without an outdoor living space. A spacious wrap around balcony with a fire pit, views of the beautiful San Clemente hillside, and plush furnishings are the perfect way to wind down with a glass of wine as the sunsets…or the perfect spot to wake up with your morning coffee!

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain friends and family. The windows and bright atmosphere add to the beach experience.

The master bedroom boasts a grand four-poster king size bed, flat-screen TV, spacious closet, and large windows looking out to the San Clemente hills. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, storage, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the home's porch. The bathroom, conveniently located and easily accessible from both bedrooms, is equipped with a combination shower and tub, mirrored vanity, and sink with storage.

Soak up some sun, enjoy a BBQ in the fresh sea breeze, or stroll to the beaches and shops down the street. With included off street parking, well appointed outdoor space, and comfortable accommodations, you'll surely enjoy the comforts of home in beautiful San Clemente.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

•This home sleeps 6 people in beds. We will allow an additional two people to sleep in the property. A maximum of 8 people may occupy the home at any time. An air mattress is available upon request to accommodate for an additional fee.

•No Smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this is inside and outside the property)

•Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

Long Term stays (over 29 nights) will be managed by SeaBreeze Property Management and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02124409

Would Definitely Stay Again!

We had a great 10 days in San Clemente. The property management team was friendly and responsive given the holiday timeframe. The bed was very comfortable with lots of blankets and kitchen well stocked. Parking was tough with more than one car but that’s typical for beach area. Walk to beach was about 5 or 10 minutes with big hill. Nice for exercise with our pup. Many nicer beaches in San Clemente but this area is easy to access and we loved having the outlets right down the road. We would definitely stay again if the price is right.

'Exactly as Pictured'

Property is exactly as pictured, neighborhood is quiet. The company was responsive when we requested assistance with the heater, technician was professional and polite. The items provided for Thanksgiving dinner were practical and appreciated. The only bad event we experienced was that there was a small roof leak in the living room which started our last day, but given there were flash floods, I guess that is to be expected. Again, the unit was exactly as pictured, and it was a very pleasant experience.

We have enjoyed many properties, but this is one of the best. We like the proximity to downtown San Clemente (everything is 1 mile away). It has great views of the water and is a comfortable space. We enjoyed grilling out on the patio and sitting outside with drinks every afternoon. SeaBreeze, the property manager did a great job of responding to any requests and the property was immaculate. We will be back! LOVED IT~!

I can’t tell you how great this rental has been for our family. We spent a few days here in February to catch some sun before heading back home and got everything we were expecting and more. Very high end, we are all impressed with the city, the home and management. I would recommend this house to anyone thinking of staying in San Clemente.

This home was so precious. Our family loved the views of San Clemente, and loved the community even more. Very beautiful neighborhood, we are considering moving here in the summer, and this vacation really tied the knot for us. The location to the beach is so nice since it’s just a drive away. Home was beautiful, and CLEAN! Filled with light and super relaxing. Living room ocean view wasn’t so bad either!
