This newly remodeled, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1000 sq. ft. ground floor condo in a 6-condo building is ideally located so you can easily enjoy the very best that Newport Beach seaside living has to offer. This is a tremendous vacation home if you want things to be "upscale casual" and still have lots of fun. Also ideal if several groups want to vacation together yet have their own private space too. A large private, oceanfront gated patio/deck, has a propane barbecue and multiple tables for outside dining and gathering. Grassy Balboa Park, sand, and water are right in front so you’ll always have a front row seat to relax and recharge amidst beauty the here.

This condo is just a block from the edge of Balboa Village, which is full of shops, restaurants, bars, and all manner of activities you can choose - on land or on the sea. Also, since there are 3 other condos, you can rent additional ones if you wish to travel and vacation with others.

There is a spacious great room with a living room that has a flat screen TV and lots of comfortable seating, as well as slider access to the beachfront patio. A modern kitchen with new Samsung stainless steel appliances has everything you need to create meals and snacks for all - just add the food and have fun. There is an inside marble dining table that seats 6 right next to the kitchen bar which also has a few stools so everyone can eat together inside.

There are 2 bedrooms - the front bedroom with a beautiful outdoor views, a queen bed with a full bed, TV, and a full en suite bath. The 2nd queen bedroom shares a full hallway bath and also has a flat screen TV. Six people can sleep comfortably in beds and of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with an abundant supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, a coin-op washer and dryer in the garage, and 1 parking space in the carport. There is also some street parking nearby and a large number of metered short and long term parking within blocks.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME!

If you want to come to the beach and have a good time - with everything a vacationer could want within a three block radius - this is a great vacation home for you.

A grassy area of Balboa park is in between this home and the beach, so it might be ideal for children and dogs on a leash.

You are likely to create sweet memories in this simple, clean, convenient beach home, and leave more rested, relaxed and recharged than you imagined - especially important as you move back into your life again.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this home (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds. If you need more space, please contact our Reservations Department to book additional units in the great, oceanfront two story condominium complex.

Minimum primary renter age is 25. Photo ID required.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

Cleaning Fees - SeaBreeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances required by law.

Long Term stays (over 29 nights) will be managed by SeaBreeze Property Management and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02124409
