Flooded with natural light – given the lot’s orientation, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 1120 sq. ft. lower unit has a flowing great room with a fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and amazing views – all of which you can enjoy from the living room area. Slider access from this area makes indoor/outdoor living easy. An inside dining area and an outside dining table accompanied by a BBQ make it easy for everyone to eat together. A thoroughly modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires – just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.

A master queen and twin bedroom has an en suite bath with an over sized Jacuzzi tub and a dual standing shower. A 2nd queen bedroom downstairs, plus a queen pullout sofa allows 7 to sleep comfortably in beds. One bedroom is upstairs and one is downstairs, so this may not be suitable for everyone.
The 2nd guest bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower, and there is also a half bath off of the downstairs hall. Of course, all bed and bathrooms are outfitted with premiere linens to ensure your every comfort. Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, a washer and dryer, and 1 garage parking space.

Newport Peninsula is one of Southern California’s hidden gems, offering a relaxed Island lifestyle while being just a short stroll to the city’s best beaches, surfing, shopping, entertainment, and dining. Come enjoy this little slice of paradise, you will be glad you did!

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
-It is on the bay (Channel) with private hot tub and a rentable Duffy Boat so it will be easy to explore the harbor from the water. Ask about the Summer Duffy Specials! 1 day/$145 , 3 days/$350 , or 7 days/$700 !
-It has a large bay view backyard patio with a barbecue so meals anytime will be a great treat when using this well-designed space.
-The dock in the back yard is a great place to swim and fish and the beach is within walking distance - about 2 blocks or a ½ mile.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
-No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!
-Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
-There is an additional fee for heating the hot tub, as well as the Duffy Boat. Please contact our Reservations Team for details.
-This home has 1 bedroom downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs so it may not be suitable for everyone.
-2 of the boats docked here rent space from the owner so they may access the boats via this property.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with

Amazing Amenities

I came down with a group of friends for a weekend getaway. The home itself was a bit out of date, but everything worked great and was sufficient for what we needed. The best part about the hoe was the large patio with BBQ and hot tub. Perfect spot to hang out overlooking the water. The home also came with the option to rent a boat - which we did. It was fun to cruise around the channel and look at all the beautiful homes.

I stayed at this vacation home with a small group of friends. It was the perfect getaway and a great deal. The home includes a hot tub, huge patio/deck for BBQing and just hanging out, and a boat available for rent. We cruised the boat around the channels and grabbed lunch on the water. We will definitely be back!

The property was a great value. It had everything we could possibly want including a boat available to rent. It was a bit outdated, but that was reflected in the price. I will definitely be staying there again.

Comfortable, convenient and fun!

A group of us stayed here for the long weekend and even though the unit itself isn't updated, it was quite comfortable. The beds and linens were great, even the pull out couch didn't leave a kink in your back like most. Our favorite feature was definitely the duffy. If you stay in this rental I absolutely recommend renting it and taking it out to eat at any of the restaurants on the water in Newport. Also really loved the hottub. If you happen to meet a black cat, don't be afraid, it belongs to the neighbor and is very sweet.
