This 2 bedroom 1 bath, 2nd story condo showcases a well-appointed comfortable great room with access to the outside patio.

The living room area features a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, a 50”wall mounted TV, and lots of comfortable seating on which to relax and enjoy it all. The sofa is a Queen Pull out couch and sleeps 2.

A dining area adjacent to both the living room area and the kitchen sports a dining table for 4 and the kitchen bar with high-top stools right next to it so everyone can easily dine together.

A well-appointed kitchen with granite slab counter space make it easy to satisfy your culinary desires - be they snacks or complete meals.

Add the food and the camaraderie and this great room will be the hub of your activity - cooking/watching TV/catching up - just like it is at home.

There are two well-furnished bedrooms with a ceiling fan right off the entry. A king master bedroom has a closet and a bedside table as does the queen bedroom right next to it.

These bedrooms share a modern, well-appointed bath with a shower/tub combination.
The two bedrooms and the bath are furnished with premiere linens for your every comfort. This home sleeps 4 in beds and 2 people on the queen sofa bed for a total of 6 people sleeping comfortably in beds.

This home has cable and WI-FI and a parking space in the carport. Additional street parking is also available.

There are fun things to do in Newport Beach with attractions focused on families, couples, or trips of solitude. Outdoor enthusiasts will love miles of hiking and cycling trails, surfing, and sailing.

Great for larger groups as both top and bottom condos can be rented together if needed. Both condos are clean and modern and well appointed.

Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores and The Balboa Yacht Harbor.

So close to the sand and sea that you can hop over for a dip or a sunbathing more than once a day if you wish. This is seaside living at its very best.

Private 2nd floor with nice deck, steps to beach

My wife and I enjoyed this 2nd floor loft type space. Property was clean and as advertised, no surprises. Access instructions were on the mark and SeaBreeze was responsive to replace missing hair dryer and beach chairs on the first day. Deck was handy as, at times, winds at the beach made it uncomfortable and the deck was a great back up plan. Street parking can be a problem so nice to have a space, albeit, just large enough for a full size vehicle. Easy walk to ferry to explore Balboa Island.
