The Grand Canal, directly in front of this vacation gem, has beaches to enjoy and explore at low tide; and there are even better beaches around the corner at South Bay Front or Super Beaches within a ferry ride.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bath (2 full baths 2 half baths) 2nd story, 1900 sq. ft. home with large picture windows in the vaulted ceiling great room showcases the water views, lots of sea life at low tide, and frequent boat parades as well.

The living room with its fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and lots of comfortable cluster seating is a great place for everyone to rest and relax after the day’s adventures.

A dining area for 6 and another small dining table in a kitchen nook makes it easy for everyone to eat inside if preferred. A well-furnished kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for you and your family or guests – just add the food and the fun and you are all set.

The king master bedroom has its own en suite bath with a walk-in shower. There is another shared full bathroom and 2 half baths. There are 3 additional bedrooms - a queen and 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. With a queen Murphy bed this home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds.

All 4 bedrooms and baths are furnished with premiere linens for your every comfort. Additional amenities that you will enjoy include air conditioning, WIFI and cable, a washer and dryer, and 1 driveway parking space.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME!

You are just steps to lots of entertainment – live bands, family/fine dining, shopping, renting a bike or paddleboards.

Balboa Island is a beautiful and cozy village for young and old with shopping, sports, dining, entertainment, bank, church etc. and even a cute little post office.

The Catalina flyer departs every day. There are also fishing and whale watching boats and guided tours of this picturesque yacht harbor - unique and engaging fun for all ages.

Long term tenant lives in lower unit and shares waterfront patio and dining dock with upper unit.

Only dogs under 20lbs are permitted.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. SUPER Stay and Location!!!!

We loved this place! It was so convenient for all of us. The grocery was close and if you needed more selections we just drove to Pavilions grocery store. We had everything we needed as this home. Had a great fireplace for morning coffee and chat. There was a lot of people watching out the bay window. We could walk 1 block to restaurants and of course SHOPPING! Got to love that! Home was very clean and was exactly as described. Had a Great stay!!

We had a wonderful girls get-a-away at this beautiful home on the waterfront. It was so spacious! The living room has vaulted ceilings with a beautiful view of the Grand Canal and a fire[place that we used when it got a little chilly. The back patio has a BBQ and a washer/dryer. There is one parking spot that was a little tricky getting into, but you don’t need your car on the island so it stayed parked for the duration of our visit. Everything was in wonderful condition. We felt like we were staying at a friends home. There is also a great little deck on the water . We are looking forward to another stay at this amazing location!
