Located in the heart of the coveted Balboa Peninsula, this duplex’s third-floor rooftop deck with al fresco dining for six and a barbecue will make things so easy it might become your favorite spot to relax, reconnect, and recharge. This unique, newly remodeled, 1100 sq. ft., three-story duplex just two blocks to the sand and surf will confirm for you that Newport Beach is a tremendous place for your seaside vacation. The wonderfully updated and comfortable great room is on the second floor showcasing a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room area has a large L-shape couch from which to enjoy a flatscreen TV. The dining area for four and up to six is next to the kitchen breakfast bar with four high-top stools so it is easy for everyone to eat together. The kitchen is completely updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your crew. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.


The primary bedroom is on the first floor it is a king main bedroom with separate outside access, a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a convenient kitchenette, and an en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower. The first and second guest bedrooms are located on the second level (along with the kitchen and living room) each has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and large closets also. The living room in this duplex comes with a sofa bed that is unlike other sofa beds, it has a custom-made memory foam mattress to make sure your stay is as comfortable or more as any other bed in the house. The guest bedrooms share a full bath with a shower/tub combination. And of course, all beds and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.


Additional amenities include one garage parking space, one driveway parking space, WiFi and cable, and a washer and dryer – all for your convenience.
