The living room area has a large couch from which to enjoy a flat screen TV. The dining area for 4-6 is next to the kitchen breakfast bar with 4 high-top stools so it is easy for everyone to eat together. The kitchen is completely updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your crew. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.


This unique and newly remodeled three-bedroom + bonus room/den with queen sleeper sofa, is a 1200 sq. ft. three-story home just two blocks to the sand and surf will confirm for you that Newport Beach is a tremendous place for your seaside vacation. You will find a well-furnished rooftop deck with lounge chairs, creating a great place to watch the ever-changing colors of our famous western sunsets and also to watch the starlit sky emerge. The very comfortable, well laid-out great room is a great place for all to congregate and have fun being with each other.

The primary bedroom on the second floor is a king main bedroom with a large flatscreen TV and an en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower. The first and second guest bedrooms are located on the second level as well. Guest bedroom #1 includes a twin over full bunk bed with a walk-in closet. Guest bedroom #2 is a full-size bed along with a walk-in closet. The bottom level bonus room/den is equipped with a Sofa Bed and a large 55" Flat screen TV and of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for your ultimate comfort,
