This newly remodeled 7 bedroom, 5.5-bath, 3,000 sq. ft. ,2-story home - just blocks to an abundance of shops and restaurants will confirm that Newport Beach is a tremendous place for your seaside vacation. NB-216A is a 2-story home and NB-3126B is a 2nd floor home with stair access.

Both homes have flowing great rooms that include a living room area with a large seating cluster from which to enjoy a flat screen TV and a 1st story great room fireplace. The dining areas are next to the kitchen with breakfast bars - so everyone can comfortably eat inside.

The kitchens are completely updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and have everything you need to create meals and snacks for your crew. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and have fun. Outside barbecues make meal making even easier.

The 3-bedroom has a king master bedroom on the 2nd floor with an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower. The 1st guest bedroom is also located on the 2nd floor and has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle.

The 2nd guest bedroom – a queen – on the first floor also has a walk-in closet. The 1st level also has a queen size sofa bed, so can sleep comfortably in beds. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. This larger home sleeps 10 in beds.

The 2nd floor home has 2 bedrooms - a king and a queen, which share a hallway bath with a shower/tub combination. This home sleeps 4, so a total of 14 people can sleep comfortably in beds in this compound.

Additional amenities include 2 garage parking spaces, WIFI and cable, and washer and dryer facilities – all provided to make things more convenient.
