A well-furnished private patio has wonderful places for you to sit and relax or you can dine at the outside table for 4-6 – maybe even have a barbecue – at the beginning or at the end of your day’s adventures.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 900 sq. ft. ground level condo of a 2-home complex invites you into a gracious family room with a flat screen TV, a fireplace, and lots of comfortable cluster seating from which to enjoy them.

A dining area for 4 and a modern well-furnished kitchen with updated appliances completes this great room that also has slider access to the outdoor patio.

Down the hall are 2 bedrooms – one a king master bedroom with a wall-mounted HD TV, and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, so this home comfortably sleeps 6 in bed. This 2nd bedroom has a ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV as well.

These bedrooms share a modern bath with a shower/tub combination. And of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your every comfort.

Other amenities include 1 garage parking space, WIFI and cable, and there is a coin-operated laundry on site as well.

There are lots of fun things to do in Newport Beach with attractions focused on families, couples, or trips of solitude. Outdoor enthusiasts will love miles of hiking and cycling trails, surfing and sailing.

With the largest recreational harbor on the west coast, Newport Beach activities are abundant. Visitors can choose aquatic adventures from sunset cruises to stand-up paddle boarding. Art walks, wine tastings, tours, live entertainment and cultural venues will fill your itinerary.

Create lasting memories in this idyllic beach town with breathtaking seaside cliffs, and harbor-front promenades. And you may find yourself leaving with the desire to return to this beautiful slice of paradise.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!

Ideal location – it is so easy to get to the surf and sand, and equally as easy to get to the boardwalk, the pier, as well as to grocery stores, shops, and places to rent equipment if needed.

It is right on the boardwalk just a short walk to the ocean. You can bring that beach energy to your private patio and continue to enjoy your seaside vacation at home.

It is not far from freeway access in the event that you wish to go north or south to visit any of the many world-class attractions such as Disneyland, SeaWorld, etc. This is a great place to stay for a family with kids.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
