Enter this newly remodeled spacious upstairs unit and find yourself in a colorful beach chic great room with access to the outside balcony. The living area of the great room sports a large, comfortable seating cluster, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV.

A modern kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks – add the food and have fun being together. An inside dining table for 8 is right next to the kitchen with an additional 4 bar stool seats for convenient cooking and dining experiences.

This home has a master King bedroom with a full en-suite walk in-bath and a large mirrored closet. The first guest bedroom is equipped with a Twin over Queen bunk bed and flat screen TV. The remaining two guest bedrooms offer a queen sized bed which include their own flat screen TV and closet. All guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. This home comfortably sleeps 9 in beds – another 2 people can sleep on the queen pullout sofa bed. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, cable and WIFI, and 1 garage parking space.

There are lots of fun things to do in Newport Beach with attractions focused on families, couples, or trips of solitude. Outdoor enthusiasts will love miles of hiking and cycling trails, surfing, and sailing. With the largest recreational harbor on the west coast, Newport Beach activities are abundant. Visitors can choose aquatic adventures from sunset cruises to stand-up paddle boarding. Art-walks, wine tastings, tours, live entertainment and cultural venues will fill your itinerary. -For those who like to shop nearly Balboa Island, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza are just a short distance away.
-Newport Beach has so many land and water-based activities to choose from, so it is easy to satisfy everyone’s desires for vacation adventures.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
-This home sleeps 9 people in beds. We will allow an additional two people to sleep on the sleeper sofa. A maximum of 12 people may occupy this home at any time.
-No smoking allowed inside or outside the property – NO EXCEPTIONS!
-Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
