Description

Imagine waking up to a beautiful view of San Diego’s large Mission Bay as it winds through the landscape - dotted by sail boats, wind surfers, and people just relaxing near the bay as they recharge and reconnect with themselves and others.
This 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 2-story 1196 sq. ft. home (2nd and 3rd floors only) right on Bayside Walk and only a short walk to the shimmering Pacific Ocean - so every day you can make a choice as to which energy you wish to bask in that day.
Enjoy fantastic sand and/or surf, people watching, or take sailing or windsurfing lessons, or go fishing, canoeing, or kayaking on the bay.
A bayside balcony on the 2nd floor - easily accessed through the great room - has a barbecue and some seating - with an absolute fabulous bay view. There is a single covered parking spot under unit, off alley.

The main, or 2nd floor, has a spacious great room with a living room area - with a bay view and access to the balcony also has a fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and lots of comfortable seating from which to enjoy it all. There is also a high-top table where you can enjoy the view from the corner of the living room.

There is also an inside dining table for 4 right next to the kitchen bar with 3 high-top stools so everyone can eat together inside if desired. A modern kitchen in this great room brings it all together with everything you need to create meals and snacks for your family. Just add the food and have fun.

On this main floor there is also a bedroom with a full (or double) bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower off the kitchen. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your every comfort.

On the 3rd floor you will find 2 light, bright bedrooms - each with a cathedral ceiling so they feel spacious and bright. A master king bedroom has a bay view, and a flat screen TV. The second master with king bed also has an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. This home sleeps 6 in beds with a maximum of 8 guests at a time.

Additional amenities include single covered parking spot under unit, off alley, a stackable washer and dryer, WIFI and cable, and additional flat screen TV’s in some bedrooms.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME!
It is right over the Bay Front Boardwalk (2nd story) so you can see wonderful water views. The bay as a place to enjoy water sports or just the San Diego sunshine. All manner of water sports are available within easy walking distance.
Just a few blocks to the west and you can enjoy the shimmering Pacific and its Oceanfront Boardwalk with many interesting beach side pubs and restaurants. This is a great spot for surfing and pick-up volleyball games.
It is also a short drive to many of the greater San Diego area’s world-class attractions such as SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and many more. Freeway access is easy here.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!
This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.
The first story is NOT part of this rental and is another unit in the condo building.
There are several steps of stairs so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

SeaBreeze only uses professional cleaning companies that provide a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

Long Term stays (over 29 nights) will be managed by SeaBreeze Property Management and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02124409
