Welcome to “SeaBluffe Escape”, a perfect beach home located in the exclusive beachfront SeaBluffe Resort Community, West of Pacific Coast Hwy 101, and short 3-minute walk to private beach access! The SeaBluffe Community is famous for its Private Beach, large open green spaces, resort amenities, and incredible surfing directly out front.

There are very few places in the world that can rival SeaBluffe's unique characteristics and private resort features such as: guard gated entry, 3 minute walk (0.16 mile) to sand, 2 heated community pools, jacuzzi, half-court basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts. SeaBluffe Escape was fully remodeled in 2016, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, is a 2 level home, and 1,908 SF. The home has 2 bedrooms on the 1st level, and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds, memory foam or memory foam topper, and bathrooms are furnished with our premiere linens to ensure your comfort. All 4 bedrooms have mini-split air conditioning units to cool or heat the room, which can be customize to the individual Guests desired temperature.

Southern California style indoor/outdoor living is easy and seamless on the East facing wrap around deck, and can be accessed via 3 large glass sliding doors. Come stay and make memories with your family and friends! Enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, seats 6, is off main living space, and includes a Weber 6 burner grill with direct gas connection.

1st Floor, a Bali-inspired king master bedroom located on the 1st floor; large closets, a private patio with an outdoor shower, 55" Smart TV. and mini-split AC. Ensuite bathroom complete with dual sink vanity, and walk-in shower Guest bedroom also has a king bed, 1st floor, and full hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.

2nd Floor, a large open concept great room with a 65" Smart TV, Bluetooth 4 speaker stereo, and lots of comfortable seating. At the center of the great room is an 84" fan that keep the ocean air circulating and the room cool. The large beautifully remodeled chef’s kitchen has bar seating for 8, stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinet space and huge countertops. The indoor dining area can seat up to 8 and can be separated into 2 tables of 4. There is a 34-bottle wine cooler to keep your wine at the perfect drinking temperature.

The 2nd Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed ad 1 twin XL bed, large dresser, huge closet, and 55" Smart TV. A 3rd Guest bedroom off the kitchen has 1 twin XL bed, and a large desk and Herman Miller office chair. The bed can be put in the closet to provide a roomy professional work from home office.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Location, location, and location: 0.16 miles to the sand, West of I-5, gated complex, Del Mar Fair Grounds and Race Track (10 miles), Legoland (6 miles), SeaWorld (26 miles), Zoo (28 miles), Safari Park (35 miles), and Downtown (30 miles), and Disneyland and other LA theme parks within 2 hours.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Maximum occupancy of 8, and 7 night minimum stay (HOA rule), and sleeps 8 comfortably in beds (2 kings, 1 queen, & 2 XL twins).

There is no elevator. There are 4 stairs from the street to the front door, 10 stairs from the 1st to 2nd level, 100 stairs from the top of the sea bluff to the sand.

No smoking inside or outside this property – NO EXCEPTIONS!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and or parties. Deposit forfeitures and or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Seabreeze Vacation Rentals.

Cleaning Fees - Seabreeze uses legal housekeeping companies who we are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

SAFE, CLEAN, LOVELY BEACH PROPERTY

We really loved this property! We traveled with our 3 teenage girls and there was plenty of room (and bathrooms) for everyone! It is a lovely, gated community and was just perfect for the girls to walk and bike ride around unaccompanied. The home has been completely redone and is extremely clean-eveything seems new/like new! We were one of the first rentals of this unit which made me feel better about bringing the girls out during COVID. We made some friends and were able to see some other units at the property that were not upgraded/recently renovated and there was a stark difference. The setup is fantastic as the master (with attached master bath and tons of storage space) and one other bedroom (with another full bath) are located on the entry level. There is also an outdoor shower right off of the master. You can deadbolt the MB door leading out to the back porch and shower which allows for privacy if you don't want unlimited entry. The laundry is very convenient as it is located in the garage. If you need extra towels, etc, SeaBreeze was quick and responsive. Upstairs (only about 12 steps) is the living room,full kitchen (full size appliances and plenty of kitchenware, towels, etc), one more large bedroom, one small bedroom/office, one full bath and a fantastic outdoor patio with gas grill attached to the gas line and a table with umbrella with seating for 6-plus a small table inside with 4 chairs (easy to bring outside) and a couple of comfortable reclining chairs. Initially, we were interested in an oceanfront unit, but this served us better as the living room and deck are east facing which allowed for cooler afternoons/evenings in contrast to a west facing unit. We simply went on a 5 minute walk to the beach (or north outlook) for sunset. The amenities were partially opened when we were there - but the beach location was the main draw for us. There was also tennis, basketball, pickleball and gorgeous grounds with lots of bunnies and lizards that were open. The pool and hot tub were not open at the time we were there but they were discussing the opening. We felt safer at the beach anyway as there was always a bit of wind, open spaces and 2 lifeguards! I thought that the water was a bit chilly but it didn't seem to bother the girls at all! Costco was about 10 minutes away so we went and got upgraded boogie boards for about $20. They also have wetsuits for about $30. I brought my own but for a short vacay those would work well. We also stocked up to cook almost every night! There is a great Mexican takeout right outside the gate adjacent to the 7-11 too. Grocery stores are about 7 minutes away in either direction. Location also made it very easy to get to I-5 (3 different options). Security wise, it can't be beat. The surrounding area is just lovely to bike and walk around. We really loved our daily walks to Beacon Beach - via either the beach or streets. Quite a few of the restaurants are open again. We had some friends drive down from Long Beach and Mikele (at the guard shack) was fantastic. They asked for both names of the guests and the make of car. This allowed for plenty of parking and an uncrowded staircase to the beach. You'll see that the town of Encinitas is quite busy and all of the surfers park anywhere that they can and use the public staircases. The way that they manage the parking in Sea Bluffe to residents and guests is very helpful. We are thinking about coming back for Thanksgiving with my elderly parents. My thought is that my parents will really enjoy the upstairs(and patio area) and they will not have to traverse the stairs everyday if they prefer to stay on one level. It is nice to have the separation with bedrooms on different floors. One thing I forgot to mention is that there is a giant ceiling fan in the living room and each bedroom has it's own AC with a remote control! We didn't use the AC too much but it is a great option! Nights were quiet-even with the windows open. This home is great for....couples, groups of couples, families with kids over 2 (there are no bathtubs or child gates), families traveling with OPK (other people's kids), girls/ guys getaways, etc. Wifi was very high speed (remember, we had 3 teenage girls with us), TV's were nice, and an east facing unit really was the best for us. Recommendations: have a car unless you want to walk to eat out every night (there are a few gourmet groceries in walking distance as well), pre-rent bikes, boards, etc., hit Costco once or twice and you'll be all set. As this rental is managed by SeaBreeze, once you book feel free to reach out for recommendations/discounts/ options on things to do, equipment, etc. Overall, a fantastic stay, 5 star!!!
