In the main floor condo, there are 3-bedrooms, 2-baths, 1500 sq. ft. and is the perfect spot for the family to enjoy a combination of modern and retro plus all the conveniences you need and expect.
The upstairs unit is the mirror image of the first floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath and 1500 Sq Ft floor plan. This combination of 2 units gives plenty of space for family or friends to share your experiences and the breathtaking views surrounding this oasis offer the feeling of serenity.

Both units have a spacious great room, with access to the beachfront deck, showcases a large living room area with lots of comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a large flat screen TV – a great place for everyone to relax and recharge.

Both condos provide 3 bedrooms – a king master bedroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a kid friendly 3rd bedroom with two twin beds – but there is an additional bunk bed in the downstairs unit so this home sleeps 14.

There are two full baths in each unit– a full bath with a shower/tub combination; the 2nd one has a large walk-in shower. And of course, all bed and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.

You will enjoy 2 fully furnished kitchens located right next to each dining room. Your culinary skills plus the joy of your preparing your meals together provide ease and the experiences and camaraderie will have you coming back for more.

Relax, or reconnect on the well-furnished, private, covered oceanfront decks that leads you onto the sand. Watch surfers and birds dive in the water and dolphins play - and you may even get lucky enough to see a whale at the right time of year.

This is a 2-unit beachfront condo with 1 unit on the ground level and 1 unit on the 2nd floor. Can be combined as one rental. City of Dana Point Permit # STR17-0741

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.

This home is in a gated community and only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

This property is NOT considered a luxury property and is comfortable beach front location priced accordingly. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point to the beach.
