This 1,150 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath home with wood floors throughout is located near grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops, and is also just a short drive to Balboa Island and to the famous Huntington Beach Pier. In this beach community area there are abounding options for enjoying the ocean – fishing, boating, swimming, and many more.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!

Just a few minutes drive to other exciting beach communities, AND it’s just a short walk to beach, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores.

Simple, modern, comfortable living with a large, private back yard for al fresco dining and for children to run around and play.

There are lots of windows in each room also keep it light and breezy.

A spacious, super comfortable living room greets you as you enter this home with lots of windows so you can enjoy both the bountiful sunshine and the ocean breezes. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable making this a great space for playing games or just being together.

The completely modern kitchen has everything to meet your culinary needs so it is easy to create everything from a snack to a full gourmet meal. All you need to do is add the food and the camaraderie! The kitchen has a 3 high-stool bar and is also flanked by a dining table for 6 so everyone can eat, laugh, and be together.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV on the dresser. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds). Each bedroom shares the two modern ¾ and full hallway bathrooms. Of course all bedrooms and baths are furnished with luxury linens for everyone’s ultimate comfort!

The spacious back yard has a barbecue and a table for outside dining, and is perfect for kids to run around in to release some of their playful energy even after a long day of adventuring.

Come enjoy this comfortable home where all the highlights of beach living are so readily available. A washer and dryer are available for your use and there is a 1 car attached garage, which also opens to the backyard. Street parking is also available.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Humble Abode

This property was the perfect winter home for our family of four (+ fur baby) from January 2018 through March 2018. It’s tough to narrow it down, but I think my favorite perks of the property outside of the location were the open floorplan and fenced-in backyard. This allowed me to keep an eye on my 2-year old while prepping lunch or dinner as well as give us the flexibility to go in and out as we pleased. There were so many other wonderful things about this property including the abundance of natural sunlight, the darkening window shades, custom closets that provided more than enough storage for our things, central AC, beautiful upgrades, plenty of kitchen cabinet and counter space, and an attached garage. Plus, we were just a two minute walk to the nearest park and only a 10 minute walk to Lookout Point and Corona Del Mar beach. Not to mention, the employees at SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals were super attentive to any of our concerns with the property. They provided us with a new vacuum immediately upon request, extra kitchen hand towels, and sent a maintenance man to fix the garage door. Needless to say, I have nothing but fond memories of our stay here and would love to do so again if we end up traveling to Orange County for work in the future.

FANTASTIC location!!

The house on Heliotrope is truly a home away from home! We came into town over Memorial Day weekend for some family time and a basketball tourney in Irvine. The location is perfect because it is so close to everything! We walked to get bagels at Bruegger’s every day, walked to the beach, walked to B. Candy (ADORABLE) several times, as well as Rite Aid! Gelson’s grocery store is 1 mile away so that was an easy drive. Then when it was basketball time, the freeway is so easy to get to and we were there in no time! This really is a FANTASTIC location!! The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms & kitchen were clean and there was plenty of soaps and paper products for our 5 night stay. There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes, too! If you’ve found this house on your search you definitely need to snatch it up! I’ve already looked for our trip in July, but sadly it is taken......hopefully next time!! Thanks!!

CANNOT beat the location. Great neighborhood, walking distance from beach, restaurants, grocery store, drug store, etc. I’m not from the area and had a couple of questions about the area and house itself and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Super comfortable, and back yard was a huge plus for our 3 kiddos. Will definitely book again!! Very clean. A/C units worked great. Super close to fashion island.

Cozy, Spacious and Tasteful

Cozy, spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. First class amenities from comfortable beds and soft comforters to kitchen accessories and modern appliances, Internet access, TV, cable services, just to name few. There was nothing that we needed to bring except ourselves and a good time. It's really nice and convenient to be within walking distance from coffee place, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood!

Perfect Location :)

So happy we chose this Corona Del Mar property, it really was perfect for our big family. This home was very welcoming and warm, and SO close to everything! We walked to the shops and restaurants on PCH, and were so close to the beach. The house had everything to make our vacation a great one. A backyard for our children to play in, garage parking (very helpful as streets get packed) and a perfect location. I would like to thank whoever opened up this lovely home for our enjoyment, it was the best!

Very Pleasant

This home was very well maintained and the perfect getaway rental. Came here with the kids, and had a great time. Our family loved activities and games and there was plenty of room in the home and in the backyard. Kitchen was very nice also, I was surprised with how nice the amenities were. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a short drive away from the beach, it was everything we could’ve asked for!
