Legoland and California WaterSports are less than 10 minutes away by car, while a good selection of family-friendly Carlsbad shops, cafes and restaurants are less than a mile away. Factory outlets and LegoLand are also just a short drive away.

The d├ęcor of this coastal vacation rental is simple and restful. In the living room, you'll find comfortable sofas waiting for you to put your feet up, as well as a large HDTV and DVD player for movie nights, game nights, or catching up on your favorite shows. Slider access to the outside courtyard patio makes indoor/outdoor living really easy.

A full, modern kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for everyone, just add the food and the fun. A kitchen dining nook for 4 is a great place to supervise the cook or have a quick bite inside.

There is 1 king and 1 queen bedroom, both with ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.These bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower. There is a queen sofa bed in one of the living room couches, so this home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens to ensure that you are comfortable at all times.

Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, 1 garage parking space marked B and 1 parking space in front of the B garage as well. There is also street parking.

Great location, nicely furnished with great amenities, and it is a great value too - especially since you are only about 75 steps or .2 miles to the beach.

Legoland and California WaterSports are less than 10 minutes away by car, while family-friendly Carlsbad shops and restaurants are less than a mile away.

You are close to freeway access so it is easy to go north to the many world-class attractions to the north in the greater Los Angeles Area, or south to the Greater San Diego area.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

The upper half of this duplex is CB-210A; the two can be rented together (CB-210C) to sleep 12 comfortably in beds.

There is parking in the garage space marked "B." You may also park in front of the B garage space in the driveway, so there are 2 parking spaces. Additional street parking is also available.

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS!

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.
Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

Cleaning Fee's - Sea Breeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

Long Term stays (over 29 nights) will be managed by SeaBreeze Property Management and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02124409
