Description

Property to the West, next door, is finishing a ground up construction project, has blocked our ocean views from the deck. Construction is estimated to be completed sometime in early 2021, an exact timeline is uncertain, so please make sure you are comfortable with this before renting this home. This beach home offers an upstairs deck, private backyard with jacuzzi and BBQ. Imagine barbecuing your favorite foods, then dining al fresco, after which you switch to a comfortable lounge chair so you enjoy the beautiful changes of color in the western sky. Please take a 1 minute walk to the sand and sunsets, and all that Carlsbad Village offers! Enjoy the game room complete w/pool table located on the 2nd story.

This "Coastal Beauty" is 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,700 square feet, please come and enjoy the private backyard featuring a hot tub and a great sunning area. Add a game room with a pool table and you have an ideal place to have a seaside vacation retreat with family and friends.

Enter this fully updated home and find yourself in family room area with comfortable seating and a fan to keep you comfortable. Another larger great room also has a large comfortable seating nook with a fireplace, fan, and a large flat screen TV. So there are lots of places to rest and relax.

A well appointed, fully furnished kitchen makes satisfying your culinary desires a breeze. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie. A dining area with seating for 8 is adjacent to the kitchen so everyone can easily be together for meals, snacks, games, and conversation.

This home has 3 bedrooms so it comfortably sleeps 6. A king master bedroom is on the 2nd floor of the home and includes a lovely en suite bathroom, jacuzzi tub and standing shower. Both Guest bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, with a queen bed and 2 twin beds, share a full bathroom, shower tub combination. And of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere quality linens for your ultimate comfort.

There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience and off street parking is available for 4 cars tandem in the driveway. This home also has air conditioning.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Hot tub and sunning area in the backyard – another sweet spot to relax and recharge. And don’t forget there is also a pool table in the game room.

Located 0.1 miles to the sand and 1 mile to Carlsbad Village, West of I-5, Legoland (3 miles, 7 minutes), Del Mar Fair Grounds and Race Track (15 miles), SeaWorld (30 miles), Zoo (33 miles), Safari Park (29 miles), and Downtown (34 miles).

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Maximum Occupancy of 7, a 3-4 day minimum stay, and sleeps 6 comfortably in beds (1 king bed, 1 queen, & 2 twins).

There is No elevator at this property for 2nd level access, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.

There is No smoking inside or outside this property – NO EXCEPTIONS!

This home is equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Amenities include washer, dryer, WIFI, and 2 TVs; 4 driveway parking spaces, and additional street parking if needed.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and or parties. My family and I loved this place!!! Clean, great location, beautiful views. Sad to say goodbye to it this morning. We will want to stay here again. Thanks for the memories.

Delightful, well appointed property

This was an amazing property with a spectacular view of the ocean from the second story deck. We spent hours out there eating, reading and playing games. Every amenity possible and immaculate. The master bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Short walk to a family friendly beach or into the village with shops and restaurants. Hot tub was a welcome amenity on the cooler evenings . We will definitely return to this property.
