Enter this 3-bedroom, 2-bath 1700 sq. ft. 1-level ranch style home and you will be a spacious light, bright great room with slider access to a back patio that has a barbecue, a picnic style table for dining al fresco, and a large comfortable seating cluster from which you can view the entire back yard.
The living room of this great room has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating that will invite you to relax at day’s end. This area is complimented with a dining area for 6.

A modern kitchen, that has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires, also has a breakfast nook perfect for breakfast or having a snack. Just add the food and camaraderie and have fun.

This home has 3 bedrooms – a king master bedroom, a king guest bedroom, and a queen guest bedroom, so this home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds with a maximum of 7 people allowed.

Each of these 3 bedrooms has a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable at all times and a wall-mounted flat screen TV for those times when you want to be alone and relax.

There are 2-shared bathrooms - both with a shower/tub combination. And of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer for your use, WIFI and cable, and garage parking with no remote.

Come enjoy this little slice of paradise where you are also just a few-minute walk from La Jolla Village and all its restaurants, shops, and boutiques. It is extremely likely that you will create beautiful memories that will last you a lifetime. Here you can actually have a marvelous vacation without a car, as there is so much to do and see in this area.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOME!

The ease of the Shores - walking the beach in the morning and enjoying happy hour at the local oceanfront hangouts in the evenings.

Restaurants, shops and a small grocery store are less than 3 blocks away.

Try a day of kayaking, or take surf lessons just a few blocks away.

Scrips Aquarium, UCSD & Scrips Institute are just up the street easily accessible by bike or ride share. City bus stop is also one block away for all of your adventures.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

The Fireplace is inoperable

Cleaning Fee's - Sea Breeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

Lovely location and beautiful yard

We and another couple had plenty of room and light in this home. It was walking distance to a few great restaurants and the ocean, and a short distance from the dog beach and the San Diego zoo, all of which we came to see. The neighborhood was nice and quiet so our infants slept well, as did we. Would definitely recommend!

Very Nice Property - Perfect for our Stay!

This very nice property was perfect for our stay. 5 minutes from La Jolla Shores restaurant area and 10 minutes from the park and beach. We had 2 couples, 2 small children and a small dog. Backyard is very nice with lots of greenery, table, sitting area and grill. Will stay here again.

Property was as described with a mid century modern vibe inside. Clean, non cluttered and we loved the private backyard. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. We would rent this property again.

Great Location for Beach and Shops

Great location for the beach and shops. Around $24 for a 2 person shared ride from downtown San Diego and the airport. Bed were very comfortable and the back yard was nice for relaxing after a day at the beach. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us staying at the property and we all said we would stay there again. We did have an issue with the drain in one of the showers and would have been nice to have a couple more towels. Early check in is available if no one is in the property but was not communicated very well by the rental agency. I had to call back multiple time, seemed like the person on the other end of the phone wasn’t sure of the inspection process. Besides that I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again
