The 1st floor has a great room – living and dining rooms, and a kitchen - along with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Catch peek ocean views from the spacious, open-concept living room that comfortably accommodates a large group. Large reclining back sofas, plus accent chairs, surround the gas fireplace and 65” UHD smart TV.

Dine in style indoors or open the glass doors to enjoy dining al fresco on beautifully landscaped shaded patio. Don’t be surprised by frequent hummingbirds!

Enjoy the views while taking a shower in the light, bright en suite master bath. There is a double sink vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in rainfall shower.

The 3rd bedroom also sleeps 3 and has large windows with picturesque mountain views. It features a high-end Beautyrest California King bed, 50” UHD smart TV, and sitting area with sofa that converts to a Twin XL bed large enough to accommodate an adult.

The 4th bedroom sleeps 2 and has nice ocean views. It features a high-end Beautyrest California King bed, 50” UHD smart TV, and a writing desk. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combination and all linens are provided.

There is a private 3rd floor roof top deck. Prepare to have your breath taken away as you step out onto the expansive rooftop deck with incredible panoramic views!

Celebrate endless summer and soak in the sunshine on the loungers, or stretch under the umbrellas on the large sectional. Grill out with friends while taking in amazing views of the Pacific, La Jolla Village skyline, and the mountains.

There are 10 steps from the sidewalk to the front door; 14 steps from the garage to the main floor; 16 steps between each floor – 7 steps, then a landing, then 7 additional steps.

This semi-detached home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Incredible Rooftop Ocean Views of Stunning Sunsets

Nice house in a great place for a family with children. Incredible rooftop views of stunning sunsets and ocean. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable dining room. The garage is equipped with chairs and umbrellas, as well as beach towels for a comfortable stay on the beach. The beach is 5 mins walk. Restaurants and a pharmacy are within a 5-10 minute walk. We can recommend it for 1-2 family with 4-6 kids in total.

Beautiful Sunset Views and Sea Breezes!

We just returned from a long weekend at the beautiful home. The roof was our favorite place to be. Beautiful sunset views and sea breezes. We had 6 people. Plenty of room. The rooms and bathrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Location is a 5 minute walk to beach. 10 minute drive to LaJolla Shores beach. Close to Village and enjoyed several restaurants and shopping there. Highly recommend.

House was in perfect condition. Very comfortable. Great Location. SeaBreeze was easy to deal with and attended to quickly when WiFi went down-which wasn't a huge problem, but appreciate the quick response! Overall a seamless stay! Enjoyed the property very much.
