I Could Not Imagine a Better Place to Stay!

Just...wow!! I’m almost hesitant to give up just how amazing this condo is, because now I want to go back and stay forever!! The location, view, and decor combined with the security of a very nice and new complex was the best of all factors. I literally couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in La Jolla if you want to be close to the water and with an ocean view. As an added bonus, I discovered near the end of my stay that the WiFi signal reaches the beach!! This isn’t advertised and may not be a guarantee, but for me it was a delight to be able to work from the beach with full signal. 10/10, my favorite VRBO so far!

I Would Book this Property 10x Over!

We rented this property the week of our wedding. It’s absolutely amazing, pictures don’t do justice. We lived on the patio. The modern vibe and decor is amazing! Parking is tough but it’s California and to be expected, there is a parking spot/garage underground which came in handy. I would book this property 10x over, it was amazing.

Great Views, Hear the Waves, Walkable!

This condo is right across the street from Windansea Beach. Great view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. The balcony is like an out door living room. Since we like to sit outside It was great . You can hear the waves all the time if you are on the balcony or have the door open. There is a market and a couple of restaurants with walking distance. The condo was very nicely furnished and has a washer and dryer in the foyer closet.

Lovely Place in a Great Location

I can't imagine a nicer place for a vacation. I was in a lovely one-bedroom condo on Neptune Place in La Jolla from Jan. 7-21, 2019. It is managed by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals and the photos are spot on. The unit is bright and airy, super clean, on the top floor with beautiful furnishings and a beachfront location with spectacular views. Across the street is an awesome beach popular with surfers. In the evening, I could enjoy a quiet dinner and California sunsets on a private balcony. The unit came with free parking in an underground garage - tight space but no problem for a compact or mid-size car. What's not to like? All in all, I enjoyed my stay and hope I get the chance to do it again.

Ocean Lovers Paradise

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful condo - it was hard to pack up for home. The balcony is like an outdoor living room - comfortable furniture, wonderfully shaded & allows you amazing views, especially of the sunset. The inside spaces are equally beautiful & let you relax in quiet comfort, and with all those windows - you still have fantastic views of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped - so we enjoyed several home cooked meals when we wanted a night in. Having a garage space was SO HELPFUL - it may take a little practice to navigate the narrow driveway & garage entrance - but it was so worth it to not have to hunt for parking. Plus, you’re just a few minutes from great shopping & delicious restaurants - it was great to go places & come back to a peaceful place beside the ocean. We’ll definitely come again - as soon as we can!

Absolutely AMAZING!

The photos do not do this place justice! We stayed 7 nights in this immaculate apartment and can't wait to go back. First off... the SeaBreeze staff is fantastic. They were prompt with any request we had and did a great job communicating everything we needed before our arrival. Further to that, the apartment was spotless and had all of the required amenities to make our stay pleasant. As for the apartment. It was amazing. For starters... the view is spectacular. You could wake up in the morning, step out onto the patio, smell the ocean air and watch the surfers heading out (at 5AM!). The apartment was a perfect size, not too big and not too small, great layout, comfortable furniture and a great entertainment system that work flawlessly. My wife appreciated the security being on the 3rd floor and the codes required to get in the complex. The entire complex was quiet and beautiful. To the owners... great taste. Great artwork! If you didn't have the De La Neuz painting behind glass I may have stolen it and asked for forgiveness. Appreciate the rest of the artwork as well! Great Decor. I was disappointed to not have access to the SONOS sound system, but I understand and forgive you. To the next renter. You will love the place! I guarantee! We had our 15 month old little girl with us and the apartment works extremely well. Just don't rent a big vehicle as the garage space is a bit on the tighter side.

This place looks like something out of a designer magazine. We were told by a neighbor that the owners like contemporary design but wanted the condo to also have a beach influence. They nailed it. Even the private underground garage is beautiful. The neighbors are very friendly and were helpful in making great restaurant and local “spots to see” recommendations. Looking forward to a return visit soon!

A Stunning Stay

La Jolla has always been a favorite destination of ours, but we never knew how much better it could be until we stayed here! This condo is on the top floor of a new boutique condo building that is ocean front and on one of the most iconic surf spots in the world, Windansea Beach. We sat for hours on the patio watching the surfers and stayed put to watch the incredible sunsets every night. The location is perfect. You can relax on the beach in the beach chairs and umbrella provided or take a walk to La Jolla Village for some great shopping and restaurant options. The condo itself has everything you need, is very comfortable and decorated with gorgeous furnishings and great art work. We will be back for sure!
