This ocean view top floor condo, right next to The Museum of Contemporary Art, is in an ideal location in La Jolla between Windansea and La Jolla Cove Beaches - with abundant sea life between to entertain you as you walk on this world-renowned cliff walk.

A short walk to La Jolla Village with its abundance of fine dining, upscale shops, galleries, museums, and spas make this seaside an ideal retreat close to all the experiences that La Jolla has to offer.

Enter this 1 bedroom 1 bath, approximately 600 square foot condo and find yourself in a light, bright great room with beach inspired decor and a simplicity that keeps it all clean and spacious.

The great room has a living area with a large plush couch (that has a pull-out bed), a ceiling fan to help you experience “just right” temperatures, and a large flat screen TV.

A dining area for 4 with an ocean view is next to the living area which is next to a sunny cottage kitchen with everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires - just add the food and the fun and this becomes a great space to relax, reconnect, and recharge in between your day’s adventures.

A king bedroom with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and a ceiling fan is right next to the full bath with a shower/tub combination. This home sleeps 4 in beds, and of course all bed and bathrooms are outfitted with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.

This home has WI-FI and cable. There is only street parking available at this unit.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!

You are within a block of the ocean and all the delights the Pacific has to offer - sweeping views, marvelous sunsets, abundant sea life, and beautiful places to stroll and take it all in.

La Jolla Village is famous in its own right - and you are just a short stroll away from all it has to offer - museums, great restaurants and shops, etc. Freeway access is just a few miles away too in the event that you wish to explore beyond the village.

It is comfortable and easy so you can spend most of your time enjoying La Jolla and the rich, varied, greater San Diego area for your day’s adventures.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

This unit is on the top floor with 3 sets of stairs so it may not be appropriate for everyone.

This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal.

No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

Cleaning Fee's - Sea Breeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

Superb Location

Superb location, close to beach, shopping, restaurants. Street parking can be a challenge due to 2 and 4 hour limits but there’s unlimited parking across Prospect and on nearby streets...grab it early evening or in the AM. The apartment is good for a short stay, with a comfy bed. We’ll come back again.

This was our first time renting a property, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Great location! Exactly as described. The place will clean and stocked with the essentials. The check-in and check-our process was very simple and straightforward. Loved having all the information for the property all in one place on the app. Will definitely be returning!

Awesome to be right by the ocean!

Overall, this was a great value for the money. The location is amazing! It's about half a block from the ocean! More specifically, the reservations & check in process were extremely easy and efficient. The condo was clean, tidy, a safe key-code lock on door, and a few extra convenience amenities (like beach chairs, towels, travel shampoo & soap, bikes for use). Though the kitchen is not updated, it had everything I needed. The decor & furniture were in very good condition. I wouldn't call it luxurious, but it was trendy and functional. The management contacted me after check in to make sure my needs were met. They also contacted me in advance of check out to preview the steps I needed to take. Very helpful! I was surprised to find out there was construction happening next door. The management sent a notice one day advising me that the construction would be loud due to cutting down some trees. I appreciated the heads up. However, since the construction was ongoing, they should have made that information available before committing to the property. It didn't bother me much but, if someone had a napping child, it would have affected them. The condo was a third floor walk-up. I didn't see that in the listing. (Maybe I missed it). A third story walk up (no elevator) deserves to be posted in the listing in case someone is unable to use stairs (or carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs). I would definitely rent this place again.

In regards to those trees being cut down, unfortunately we are not always notified of projects that may impact our guests but we do our best to notify guests as soon as a project is brought to our attention.

Beautiful, felt like a home away from home!

We loved our time at this condo. We could hear the beach, felt like we were at home, and had a very comfortable stay. Our daughter loved her pull out bed, and we enjoyed a very comfortable king bed. We utilized the kitchen each morning and loved sitting on the community patios for breakfast!
