This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage is the perfect home for family living. Within walking distance to the famous and beautiful Windansea Beach, this pet-friendly home will fit all of your vacation rental needs!

A beautifully manicured front yard with white picket fence welcomes you as you enter this cozy cottage. Hardwood floors throughout and fresh, clean décor and furnishings give this home a relaxing feel…perfect for you beach get-a-way. The living room has ample seating, a modern fireplace to cozy up next to on cool nights, and a flat screen TV to throw on some movies. For additional sleeping arrangements, the sofa conveniently pulls out to a full size bed.

A fully equipped, remodeled kitchen has everything that you may need to prepare a meal for family and friends. An added dining area for 4, with rustic furnishings, completes the kitchen area. The open floor plan allows you to be cooking in the kitchen, while conversing and entertaining guests in the living room, dining area, and patio. Two large French doors open up from the kitchen onto the private back patio with BBQ and spa. You cannot have a true beach vacation without an outdoor living space! Enjoy BBQing a meal on the sunny back patio while lounging and eating on the patio furniture. As the sun goes down, dip into the backyard hot tub and relax!

The master bedroom features a king sized bed with fresh linens, a gorgeous bay window with window seating, and a ceiling fan. The guest bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (2 twin beds), fresh linens, and a beautiful armoire for storage. Both bathrooms are modernly and freshly decorated; one with a shower/tub combo, and the other with a walk-in shower.

If you are looking for a cozy beach cottage that feels like home, this is the perfect place for you and your family. Enjoy being walking distance to the beach, a nice 5-minute walk to La Jolla Village with shops and restaurants, and being on a safe, family/pet friendly street.

Great house in a perfect location

This house is well kept and perfectly located. The house is exactly as described on the vrbo site. It has everything you need in the kitchen for cooking basic meals and the garage is stocked with boogie boards and beach chairs. We booked several dive trips with Waterhorse charters. The dive shop was 15 min away for boat dives and this house is close to the shore dive locations. You can walk to Windansea beach in 3 blocks and an ice cream shop a few more blocks. We were within walking distance of Vons groceries and many restaurants. A nice walk along the water gets you all the way to the cove. The off street parking at this house was essential. We used the hot tub frequently and it was clean and worked well. We would definitely stay at this house again. There is construction going on in the lot behind the house but it was surprisingly quiet and did not have an effect on our stay.

We loved the house

My wife, daughter and I had a wonderful one week stay at 563 Sea Lane in LaJolla. We loved the house, it had everything we were looking forward to. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to shops, the beach and many nice restaurants. We had our 2 year old golden retriever with us and she had a great time as well! It really added to our enjoyment having her there with us. We took her on long walks and many of the local restaurants had pet friendly patios. We were also impressed with the service of the Seabreeze Vacation Rental team. They were always helpful with any of our requests and made sure that our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to spend some time in the lovely beach side community of LaJolla.

Well decorated, great location

Was impressed with how modern, well designed, and centrally located this property was. The management team is extremely professional and check-in/check-out is a breeze. The house is really well decorated to make it feel homey, and the kitchen is modern with all the amenities you'd need. It was nice the hot tub was already hot when we arrived. We also loved there were sand toys, beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas we could use at the beach. Short walk to shops and a grocery store, but because of all our gear we ended up driving to the beach. We would come back to this house next time we're in San Diego.

Enjoyed our Time at Sea Lane

Property just as described and was clean and well maintained. Perfect getaway in a safe, quiet, and convenient location. We were able to walk most anywhere - - Beach, Farmers Market, La Jolla Cove, and restaurants. Torrey Pines Golf Course, San Diego's Gas Lamp District and airport are each a quick 20 minute drive by car. The property management company made check-in and check-out seamless and were a phone call or email away if there were questions or concerns. Particularly enjoyed our meals at The Cottage and El Pescador Fish Market in La Jolla. The ocean provided a perfect backdrop when we had brunch at the Grill at Torrey Pines. When visiting be sure to walk to the beach at the end of the street and view the incredible sunset. If we have an opportunity to visit San Diego again on a pleasure visit we would stay here.

Very Good Vacation

Fantastic location;,close to all La Jolla hot spots. Fantastic dining choices but well equipped kitchen if you want to cook in. Comfortable quiet accommodations with a private deck perfect to wind down on after a day of site seeing. The SeaBreeze App made check in and out easy and also a point of interest map to all we wanted to see. Highly Recommend!

Charming Cottage

Charming home just two blocks from the beach and anything else you could possibly want to do in La Jolla. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, it offered us a perfect retreat after our busy days exploring. The kitchen had everything we would have need to cook in if we hadn't found so many great restaurants to dine out at. We jumped on the hot tub at night after our long days at the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Updated, Clean and Comfortable. We will be back.

Sea Lane Cottage

We live in the upper midwest and chose to spend a month in La Jolla (February 2017). The cottage is very much as pictured; it is refurbished throughout and extremely clean and well-stocked. The patio and hot tub were terrific bonuses. Whenever we had concerns or questions (cable modem needed replacing, extra kitchenware required, etc.), the staff was VERY attentive and resolved any issues. We have rebooked the cottage for next year. The cottage would work for a family of four but be crowded for six people. Having two bathrooms was great for visitors; the only drawback was having a bunk bed in the second bedroom - tough if you're not a child! The location is perfect - in La Jolla Village, with just a short walk to great restaurants and the ocean walk.

We were very happy with how nice this home was. This was our first vacation with our 18 month old and the layout was easy to contain her in the family area and child proof. It was a very relaxing, private, and quiet home to stay in and we can't wait to return. The management company is easy to contact if needed, and the check in/out process was very easy. The beach was easy to access at the end of the street. We could walk down after dinner and play in the sand or get our feet wet.

Excellent property in an amazing location within La Jolla!

My family and I enjoyed a great week at this property in La Jolla. We were so grateful to find this property which had everything we needed and more. It was better than we had expected! When we arrived, the place was spotless, exactly like the pictures we saw and provided all the necessities we needed away from home. We were most impressed with the room layout, updated renovations and easy access to the back patio with the hot tub and fire pit which we enjoyed every night of our stay. Sea Breeze was a pleasure to work with! They assisted in accommodating our young family get settled, and were extremely responsive when we reached out for a general inquiry. It was nice having their office close by if we needed anything or just a call away. This place is in a great location to enjoy La Jolla. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach, quick walks into town for coffee and treats and tours of the neighbourhoods. A few of our favourite spots include Brick and Bell for sandwiches/scones, Elixir Espresso Bar for great coffee and the Taco Stand for real authentic Mexican food. Grocery store and pharmacy are a 5 minute walk away. So much to do and see in La Jolla. It's also great access to get to the highway to enjoy the San Diego Zoo, Aquarium or even outlet shopping nearby. We had a great week away and are looking forward to booking again soon. We will absolutely book this place again!

Quiet Location

My family stayed here last summer and had a wonderful time. The home is located on a quiet street, away from the bustles of the tourist traffic. We walked to the beach every day. Restaurants in the village are just a few minutes away on foot. We love the location and will return again!
