Tastefully decorated in sea inspired hues throughout, the Seashell Cottage is a peaceful and soothing private vacation home located in a quiet Windansea Beach neighborhood.

Enter this home through the welcoming enclosed front porch and step into the spacious living room with beautiful hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings decorated in a tranquil ocean inspired decor. There is ample seating, lots of windows to let in sunshine and ocean breezes and large flatscreen TV. French door leads out to the patio. The adjacent large dining room has a beautiful table with seating for 6 guests and a charming crystal chandelier and relaxing ocean art to compliment your family meals. The fully equipped kitchen is off the dining room and has everything you will need to prepare family meals including dishwasher and gas range.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxury bedding, a flat screen TV and is furnished in soothing natural hues. There is a half bath in the bedroom and lots of sunny windows. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, flat screen TV and ceiling fan to keep you cool. Both of these rooms also feature luxury bedding and peaceful shades of the sand and sea assure you sweet California dreams.

The main bath has a shower and plenty of hotel quality towels. There is an laundry room located just off the kitchen for your convenience with washer and dryer and access to the back yard.

Enjoy spending a lazy afternoon in the fenced in private yard perfect for a family BBQ and evening outdoor relaxation. Brand new BBQ grill, large dining table for 6 guests and comfortable couches and shady umbrella await you for lounging and conversation. Beautiful landscaping and blooming morning glories surround the yard and afford you privacy and peace in this backyard oasis.

Perfectly located, you will enjoy the easy two block walk to Marine Street beach to sun and ride the waves, as well as all of the local shops and restaurants. Additionally, it is just a one-half mile to the world famous dining and shopping in the La Jolla Village and a short drive to famous La Jolla Cove, downtown San Diego, and area attractions.

•Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
•This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
•Cleaning Fee's - Sea Breeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

We had a delightful stay! The home was immaculately clean and all amenities were easy to find. The lay out, décor and accommodations were what we expected from the photos. Parking was on the street but super easy - we always found a spot directly in front of the house. The neighborhood was quiet (we slept with the windows open each night and it was so peaceful). It was the perfect place to stay for my family of 5.

Delightful place! Immaculately clean and has the perfect mix of older home charm with new décor. It was the perfect place for our family of 5. Everyone had room to hang out by themselves if they wanted and we were close enough to so many great places in La Jolla. Parking was easy - we always found a spot right in front of the house.

The condo location, views, and being so close to the ocean were outstanding. Having designated secure parking was a bonus. Being able to walk to restaurants and sites easily from the condo was such a plus. The condo was in good condition and we were provided with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Seabreeze staff were professional, customer service provided and ease of booking was outstanding. Enjoyed our stay and will book through Seabreeze Vacation rentals again.

Adorable Cottage in La Jolla - Live like a local!

This adorable cottage-like beach house is perfect for a family vacation! There are very few homes in the cove/Windansea that can accommodate a family of three couples (three bedrooms). This one was perfect. It's walking distance to Windan beaches and downtown La Jolla shopping/restaurants. As someone who used to live in the area, you definitely get the local experience by staying here. SeaBreeze was very prompt and professional with all questions and accommodations. I highly recommend this airbnb!

Our family loves La Jolla, especially this location which is so close to many of our favorite sites to visit. It's a short walk to a beautiful beach and you can even walk to restaurants. The Cottage is very bright and even has a backyard with furniture. It's a great neighborhood.

We went to San Diego for a "Girl's Weekend," and could not have picked a better location. It was steps from the beach, and walking distance to delicious food, shopping, sea lions, seals, museums, and entertainment. It was really easy to find transport when things were a bit too far, either with public transportation or services like Uber and Lyft. The house itself was really lovely. Beachy, airy, bright, and just comfortable. The backyard was amazing, too. The management company was so easy with whom to work, and it was a seamless stay. If visiting San Diego again for any reason, I'd use this location in a heartbeat!

I booked this home for a trip with my friends. It was beautiful, quaint and perfect for us. I liked the flow of the home and the set up of bedrooms. The living room was spacious enough for us. The highlight was the backyard with a nice size couch and large table. We have a great time walking to the beach and to the La Jolla village for shopping and restaurants. We also did the farmers market which is about 4 blocks away on Sunday. I was happy with the proximity to the grocery store (3 blocks) and CVS. We all said we would come back with our families and children. What a wonderful home and experience. Thank you so much.

Sea Lane beauty

Easy check in and out. Easy walk to the beach or drive to Prospect shops. Parking up front enough for a large SUV. Yard is small but perfect for a dog. House is about a 1000 sq ft. Does not have a dishwasher.

Great location in La Jolla!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in March and it was perfect! The house wasn’t in the heart of La Jolla Village, which was great because it was quite and peaceful. However, we were close enough to walk to the market, restaurants, and night life. We had two other couples join us for two nights and it never felt crowded. Everyone had their own space (the living room is very big) and unanimously agreed that we all wanted to stay at the property again!!
