Description

This recently updated, charming Spanish adobe casa, surrounded by lush lawns, is absolutely in one of the best locations in Pacific Beach! This perfect lux escape is in a nice residential area within easy walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, shopping, beautiful views of the shimmering Pacific, and amazingly sunsets.

This single level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 921 sq. ft. home offers a large grassy front and back yard - with a beach décor oriented back deck patio with places to lounge. A barbecue and table for 6 for dining al fresco - makes it a great place anytime you wish to rest, recharge, or reconnect – with yourself and/or others.

Sandy from the beach - no problem. Between an outdoor shower and a full size washer and dryer near the back door, you’ll be able to get back to relaxing in no time.

A great room with colorful beach accents greets you as you open the door. The living room area has a large comfortable seating cluster from which you can enjoy a large flat screen TV. There is a queen sofa sleeper here so 2 can sleep in this room comfortably.

A dining area for 4 and a remodeled kitchen are also a part of the great room where everyone can easily be together. The kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires – all you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.

A fun, beach chic queen master bedroom with a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV is a perfect haven when you wish to have some privacy, take a nap, or read or catch up on your screen time. An updated ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower completes this sweet refuge.

The 2nd bedroom has a twin trundle bed, a ceiling fan, and also a flat screen TV. There is a 2nd shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination. And of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens to ensure your every comfort.

Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, 3 parking spaces in the driveway, as well as the outdoor shower and washer and dryer previously mentioned. It is just a few block walk or a short drive to Trader Joe's, and several grocery stores and restaurants.

“P.B” as it is known by local residents, is home to one of San Diego’s more developed nightlife scenes with a great variety of bars, eateries, and clothing stores too. Come enjoy this beachside home and have fun creating beautiful memories here!

It is within easy walking distance to the ocean boardwalk – a great place to people watch have a libation, and take in the beautiful, colorful, western sunsets.

Everything here is easy – inside and outside – so you can spend most of your time adventuring, or just relaxing at the beach, or at home.

SeaWorld, Point Loma’s Liberty Station and many more of the greater San Diego’s world famous attractions are within easy access to the freeways.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

Fireplace in living room is not for guest use.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

Cleaning Fees - SeaBreeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

Long Term stays (over 29 nights) will be managed by SeaBreeze Property Management and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02124409

Southern California vibe

This property is located in an upscale residential area that helps you experience the Socals chill vibe. The house has everything one needs for a stay of a week or a month. Pacific beach within a mile and La Jolla cove within a couple. Multiple restaurants down Cass Street and a French bakery/ cafe within 10 min walking distance. What more one needs to experience La Jolla vibe. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Location Near La Jolla and Pacific Beach

This house is in a great location near La Jolla and Pacific Beach. It is a little snug for 6 people but doable if you are going to be spending most of your time sightseeing. Nice backyard and having 2 full baths was a real plus.
