Description

Come and enjoy all that La Jolla has to offer in this comfortable family Windansea private home featuring 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bath and large fenced in backyard. Enjoy living the local life, walk to area beaches and Village and close to all San Diego attractions, local shopping and restaurants.

Comfortably furnished living room has ample seating and sofa bed for extra sleeping space, flat screen TV and cozy fireplace. Plenty of sunny windows surround you and large dining table will seat 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen features all appliances and electric range, and everything you will need to prepare family meals.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed, ceiling fan to keep you cool and flat screen TV. The second and third bedroom have queen sized beds, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The full bathroom is located in the hallway close to the bedrooms and has tub and shower.

The large fenced in backyard is perfect for relaxing and family BBQ's with plenty of outdoor furniture and large umbrella for lounging on lazy afternoons. Washer and dryer provided in the garage and plenty of off street parking for 2 cars in the driveway.

A two minute walk takes you to the breathtaking ocean views and endless beaches where you can watch a spectacular sunset, explore the tide pools, swim, surf and experience the beauty of the La Jolla coastline. A 15 minute walk takes you into the Village of La Jolla. Just a short drive to Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, downtown and the airport makes this the perfect vacation hideaway for your family and is pet friendly too!

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

•No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
•Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
•This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by local city noise ordinance.
•This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
•Cleaning Fee's - Sea Breeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

Long Term stays (over 29 nights) will be managed by SeaBreeze Property Management and may require a Security Deposit. DRE: 02124409

Great Get Away Spot!

Great spot to get away for the Thanksgiving holiday. Was a perfect place for me an my teenage girls to just get away from home, binge watch on Netflix and just hang out at the beach. The backyard grill and space was great for our Thanksgiving feast. Loved that it was just an 8 minute walk to Windansea.

La Jolla charmer perfect for a Family Vacation

This 3 bedroom home was perfect for our family get-together last week. It is only a short 2 block stroll to the most picturesque La Jolla beaches or a short drive to the village of BirdRock. The neighborhood is very quiet and we even met a few of the nice neighbors! The home itself was charming and suitable for 4 adults with room for others to come and go. The backyard was spacious and became our favorite place to hang out. The beds were comfy and the home was very clean with nice "extras" like TVs in every room and a good selection of movies to watch. We spent every night dining around the big farm table and the kitchen had everything that we needed except a 9x13 lasagna pan ( which we ended up borrowing from one of those nice neighbors!) We have rented from SeaBreeze in the past and we will definitely rent from them next trip to the area. They make checking in super easy and respond with answers to any questions or concerns almost immediately. My parents liked this property so much they already told me that they want to return for our next family trip!

Perfect Vacation House

This house was the perfect vacation house. The backyard was fenced in and was great place to relax. All the rooms were spacious enough, and all the beds were comfortable. It's in a very cute neighborhood and only a few minutes walk from the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants/ shops/ grocery stores/ gas stations in the surrounding area.

House is immaculate, cute 1950's ranch-style house with a fenced yard. Great for families, dog-friendly (dogs allowed on beach before 9AM & after 6PM). Quick 3-block walk to the beach where you can watch gorgeous sunsets. Quiet area, not much traffic. Bikes available for rental in the garage. Quick 5-minute drive to LaJolla restaurants/shops

Cozy Place to get away

Very cozy three bedroom. Easily walk to Windansea. Easy drive into the village. TVs in all three rooms and the living room. Nice kitchen to allow preparation of food and then comfortable seating for 6-8 around dining table.

The house was very comfortable for our three families gathering for a family reunion. We loved that it was in walking distance to Windansea Beach. Most importantly, the SeaBreeze staff was very helpful and professional which made the planning very easy.

La Jolla as I remember

Having grown up in La Jolla (and since moved away), I'm often struck by how much things have changed. The Windansea Hideaway reminded me of all the fun times I had growing up in "The Jewel". While the property represents the traditional "cottages" of La Jolla, it has all the accouterments that one would need for a lovely vacation. We had a great stay and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Great Time at the Hideaway

Had a great time staying at the Hideaway! So close to everything and the beds were so comfortable. The only reason why this review doesn't have ratings of 5 all across the board is because a few surfaces & corners weren't as clean in the common areas. Other than that everything was great. You just can't beat this location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels. The backyard was really a great place to just hang out and relax. The furniture both inside and out was also very comfortable.

We thought the accommodation was wonderful. We loved being able to walk to the ocean every evening to watch the sunsets. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The living quarters wonderfully light filled. Great storage in the bedrooms.
