This delightful property has a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2-story main home as well as a lovely 1 bedroom detached casita above the garage with a queen bed, a full bath and air conditioning for a total of 3,096 sq. ft. of beautifully curated living space. Casita in the back hosts the 4th bedroom, perfect for multigenerational family vacationers!

Enter and find yourself in a spacious, serene great room with a living room area that features lots of windows, a ceiling fan and comfortable seating from which to enjoy it all.

A dining room for 6 with french doors leading to the patio is next to the living room area. This room offers a bar with two wine coolers, ice maker, and TV. The kitchen features an island with 6 stools and a large bench seating area around a 9ft table making it easy for everyone to eat together inside. A beautiful modern kitchen with an extra-large refrigerator has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires – just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.

The large eat-in kitchen also opens to a high ceiling family room with a large flat screen TV and a comfortable seating cluster, which makes it a perfect place to catch up with each other or to rest and relax. This room opens to a fake grass yard with a patio, hot tub, and a barbecue. There is also a ½ bath on this floor.

The 3 bedrooms in the main house are of the 2nd floor. The master king bedroom, with a great beach vibe, has a large flat screen TV, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, and a small private balcony with peek-a-boo ocean views. Its en suite bath has a vanity, a large soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with a TV, a ceiling fan and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and it also has its own en suite bath with a shower.

There is a 4th bedroom – with a king bed and a full bath - in the casita over the garage. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. And of course all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.

Additional amenities include 1 covered carport parking space, WIFI and cable, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Come and relax in this little slice of paradise with all you need to enjoy yourselves if you wish to be gentle, and also lots to do not far away including both ocean and land based activities if you feel like an adventure.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!

It is perfect if you wish to get away from the hubbub of the world, or if you wish to adventure out and explore the many world-renowned attractions of the greater San Diego area such as The San Diego Zoo, etc.

It has been recently remodeled and furnished so your every comfort can be satisfied. Its backyard-fenced patio with a hot tub and barbecue is a gem because it is roomy and a great outdoor place for your pet.

Was Just Perfect!

Perfect location, great neighborhood, steps from the beach. Couldn't choose a better place to celebrate my daughter sweet sixteen. Was just perfect. House was impeccable, comfortable and spacious Was perfect for our family group. We will tottaly return next year.

We had such a nice time at this lovely home. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups/glasses, utensils, pots etc. made eating in / cooking very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the location... an easy stroll down the street to the beach. The jacuzzi was very nice. We initially had some issues with the casita (lock broken) and therefore could not access it the first 2 nights of our stay however the property mgmt was helpful and sent someone to fix this. Overall would recommend this very nice property.
