This wonderfully family and pet friendly La Jolla beach condo also has a newly installed hot tub and is just a short walk (1 block) to spectacular Windansea Beach. So many places to relax inside and out, and it is also just a short walk to La Jolla Village with its famous restaurants and shopping.

Enter this 2 bedroom 2 bath 1,010 sq. ft. upper level condo and find yourself in a spacious and bright living room with great natural lighting and a small front balcony for evening sunset watching

Classic high beamed ceiling and tile floors give this room an airy open feel. There is a cozy beehive fireplace with a large couch (one that pulls out into a queen bed) and a full entertainment center including a 42" flat screen TV with cable, DVD, and stereo.

The modern kitchen has all appliances and is fully equipped to meet all of your culinary needs. All you need to do is add the food and the camaraderie and let the fun begin. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen of this great room area comfortably seats 4.

The large master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, a balcony, and access to both the back deck with the hot tub and the ocean view roof top deck. It also has an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination.

The second king bedroom also has a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. A guest bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the main hallway, next to this bedroom. And of course all bed and bath rooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.

Additional amenities include high speed wireless internet (WI-FI), cable, a DVD player, a washer and dryer, and one parking space.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for going to the beach. The rooftop patio was fabulous even though we only got to use it one morning because the weather turned cold and rainy! The only improvement to the rooftop patio would be a patio umbrella for some shade. The weather remained cold and rainy during the last 5 days of our stay, so we made full use of the wood burning fireplace. It was wonderful! We would stay here again.

Had a great stay here. Quiet area and perfect distance to downtown La Jolla and close drive to all of San Diego. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Parking was no problem as well. Gorgeous view and 2 min walk to Windansea beach. The deck was excellent. Beds were very comfy as well! Would stay here again :)

Great location!

House was within easy walking distance of the beautiful beach, and the cute downtown district. Plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops in either direction. Easy to drive to SD and other towns like Encinitas are also mostly quick car trips. We used the hot tub once, when it was cool outside. Only real issue is hearing the neighbors and street activity at all hours. Not the host's fault or something they can do anything about. But I would take earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Pure Heaven!

Wow! was my first impression. The rental was very comfortable and welcoming, I felt at home instantly. Very clean, and full of necessities like towels, linen and fully stocked kitchen, including a wine opener to enjoy a glass while sitting on the rooftop deck. Here's where it gets better - the beautiful roof top deck! When I wasn't soaking in the hot tub downstairs, I spent hours soaking up the sun on the roof and listening to music while watching the birds and butterflies go by. The ocean breeze along with the view of the water is the getaway we all want, and WindanSea beach was only a couple minutes walk. The home is also near great cafe's like La Clochette Du Coin and fun foodie places like the Promiscuous Fork. I also spent a day in the nearby village, which had really interesting shops, and the Cove was beautiful where you can snorkel, paddleboard, and watch the seals and sea lions and their pups. Can't wait to come back again!

The property was really cool with the hot tub on the 2nd floor deck and the rooftop patio with BBQ and fire pit. We feel like we were fully able to enjoy the property and the amenities while in SD with our beautiful ocean view!

The roof deck is just an amazing feature. We watched fabulous sunsets and enjoyed the hot tub after great steak and lobster on the BBQ. House is just steps away from beach, we were there in february so it was too cool to swim but we could enjoy the walk. Centrally located with San Diego attractions and great restaurants within quick driving distance

Nice Roomy Upstairs near Windansea Beach

The apartment was cool and breezy with quiet ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and the beach chairs were a nice added touch. The back deck over the carport in the alley is big with a comfortable table but it really needs shade. A few shade sails would make it perfect. The umbrella was too small. The kitchen was well equipped except for no dish rack. We were glad to stay there.

A nice rental in La Jolla

We found this place to be well situated, a very short distance from the beach, and with good provisions of basic supplies (detergent, paper towels, etc.) so that we did not have to immediately go shopping. We would come back again.

An Oasis by the Sea

I spent a wonderful month at this lovely vacation rental by the sea. The location was top notch, the neighborhood quiet, the house itself big and well furnished, and the property management company easy to reach. I'd definitely recommend this spot to any and all of my friends!

Fantastic two-bedroom near Windansea Beach!

What a wonderful La Jolla stay! We loved being so close to Windansea Beach and having our own designated parking spot. The property worked really well for us and is very comfortable compared to a hotel. The price point was affordable, and we felt we got a lot more for our money this way. The Sea Breeze staff was very accommodating and we found the whole process to simple and convenient. Thank you!

Wonderful place to vacation or medically "recover."

My husband had chemotherapy at Scripps and we needed a rental that would be cheerful, clean, convenient to Scripps, and within a short walk to the beach. This was the perfect location. It provided the "healing" atmosphere we needed; it was a bright and sunny duplex. Since my husband was not allowed to be in crowds, it allowed him to get out and yet remain somewhat isolated. Windansea Beach is spectacular! We would definitely use the rental again. (Everything is neat and clean but it is in desperate need of a new bathtub.)

I had never stayed at a VRBO rental and was extremely pleased. Seabreeze Vacation Rentals was VERY solicitous as to our comfort and needs. The place was great. Close to beach. Clean. Well supplied. Will definitely come back in the future.

Family vacation with two toddlers

This was our first trip to la Jolla and with two small children in tow we were happy to be so close to the beach. Our two and three year old could easily walk down the hill a few blocks and be right on the beach. We even convicted them to hike the rocks on the beach to visit the children's pool and the baby seals. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Luckily the downstairs unit wasn't rented because I don't know how our minivan would have fit in the parking space if there was another car to contend with. There were a few small maintainence issues (the sliding screen was off center so it was a real pain to open/close, the master bathtub was rusting at the drain), but nothing that would keep us from coming back.

Great Windansea beach condo

Everything was great. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, and we really enjoyed the back deck for afternoon BBQ's. Of course, Windansea Beach was beautiful (our favorite beach in California) and we loved the short walk from our condo right to the beach. We had an excellent vacation.

Incredible Location

Such a great way to spend a week in La Jolla. This rental is just a few steps from the beach and minutes from everything else in La Jolla. We will definitely be back.

Rosemont Duplex

Perfect location in nice, quiet neighborhood; 2 blocks to beautiful beaches; kitchen could be better stocked-definitely bare bones, but overall a great experience!

Nice Location

We stayed at #339 Rosemont in July 2012. The property was spacious, pleasant and comfortable with two nice bedrooms and a decent kitchen living area. The street is very nice leading down to the ocean and we had a really enjoyable stay.

La Jolla Condo

It's very close to the beach, but on a hill. Top floor only, very cozy with neighbours. Close to a lenghts swimming pool if ocean swimming isn't your thing. Walking distance to town. Great farmer's market on Sunday (also walking distance). Eat out or eat in. Site manager helpful with issues.

339 Rosemont

Had a wonderful time - stayed 13 days and really enjoyed every aspect of it. The outdoor deck was a great place to Bar BQ and visit with our son, his fiance and family and friends. Seabreeze folks were very professional and accomodating. Location was perfect. I guess if there is a negative it would be the parking space which, being practical, is only big enough for a compact car - but parking was always available on the street in front of the place. Never a problem for us or our guests.

I had a situation, very last minute, I called sea Breeze and they were able to help me at the last minute and treated me fair, the place was spotless and the staff were friendly and truly helful. i will come back and stay wth them every time.
