Relax for hours as you soak up the warmth of the San Diego sun, take in the magnificent views, and enjoy a soak in the bubbling hot tub while dinner slowly cooks on the barbecue. Dining al fresco can happen any time of the day or evening at a table for 6.

Class, comfort, and ease abound in the 2nd floor great room with a very large wrap around couch that easily seats 6-8 guests, a flat screen TV, and a dining table for 6. A modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook seating for 4 nicely completes this spacious room where you can enjoy your meals, play games, catch up on your favorite TV shows, or simply spend quality time together.

Creating a versatile indoor/outdoor space, this well-designed and meticulously appointed great room extends out to another ocean view deck with outdoor seating for 5. Its flexibility will clearly accommodate what works best for you, your family, or your guests.

A first floor master suite with a king bed, TV, fireplace, and a spacious en suite 3/4 bath with radiant floor heating also has full glass door/wall access to a first floor patio.

The second bedroom on the first floor offers two double bed bunk beds for flexible sleeping arrangements for both children and/or adults. This room also has its own en suite 3/4 bath with radiant floor heating.

The third bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a king bed, TV, and 3/4 bath which can be accessed from both the hallway and the bedroom.

Of course all bedroom and bathrooms are furnished with top quality beds and luxury linens for your ultimate comfort.

There is also a large wonderfully sunny balcony at the back of the house on the 2nd floor. The setting for this home -located just 100 yards from Windansea Beach - is a roomy, grassy lawn in front and on the side of the home.

House was Great! Spacious! Well Equipped!

We spent Thanksgiving week here. The weather was beautiful. The house was great, very spacious and well equipped. It would be helpful to have a few more frying pans of varying sizes, some plastic containers for leftovers, and utensils (tongs), etc. other than these minor suggestions, it was very convenient. We brought our golf cart and enjoyed neighborhood rides every day. This home is conveniently located near the beach, stores, taco shops, etc. We would definitely come back!

What An Amazing Vacation We Had Here!!

What an amazing vacation we had here!! This is a perfect layout for 2 families and small kids. The location was awesome. Quick car rides to the shores and other beaches. Grilling on the upstairs patio was a great time with the family. Watching the surfers every morning while drinking coffee was super cool to watch. We will be back again!!

Fabulous home with a 5-star rooftop ocean view!

This home is well maintained and beautiful all around. Everything was just as the description mentioned and made for a wonderful and very comfortable stay for our family. The highlight for us was the rooftop "lounge" area where we spent time drinking morning coffee and ended the day in the hot tub under the stars at night. It has great access to the beach, just down the street and there were even beach chairs and beach towels for our convenience in the garage. I definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in a really great place to stay in the south La Jolla/Windansea area.

Fantastic Vacation in La Jolla

We just returned from a very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable vacation at this home. The location is only a short walk to a beautiful beach. The home had every convenience imaginable. We were also supplied with all paper products which was a very nice touch along with even shampoo. The rooftop deck was the highlight of the home from where we spent many days soaking up the sun and watching the wonderful sunsets. We are already planning to rent again next year!

Perfect vacation home!

This home had it all. It was spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. The heated floors were so nice in the bathrooms. The house came with all of the amenities that we needed. The rooftop deck was wonderful and we really enjoyed opening the sliding doors to the living room deck and enjoying the open air. The neighborhood was nice and the views were awesome. We have used VRBO many times in the past. Sometimes the pictures of the home are not completely accurate. In this case the pictures were right on. The house was spectacular! We were close to many attractions. We did walk along the beach to watch the surfers. We traveled to La Jolla Cove to see the seals/sea lions and the caves and eat. We also traveled to Torrey Pines to hike and go to the glider park. All were within a short distance away. San Diego is a short car ride away. We visited Coronado Beach and also drove to the Palomar Observatory, which was just under 2 hours away, but worth the drive to the mountains. The home has a lot of stairs so this might be a challenge for someone with a disability or an older guest with mobility issues.

Amazing!

Quite possibly our best vacation ever! The location is perfect. The house is 100 yard easy walk to the beach, and an easy walk to La Jolla Village. The views and breeze from the indoor-outdoor space on the 2nd floor while drinking wine or eating dinner are beautiful. The rooftop deck, hot tub, outdoor TV and grill were great. Nice, cute, very safe neighborhood. The furniture, art and house design were beautiful. we loved the garage. some of the best surfing and one of the most beautiful SoCal beaches are a few steps away.

Great House, Close to Beach & Town!

This is a perfect house for a group of friends or a family. I went with a group of girlfriends and we had a wonderful time! It's just a short walk to the beach, while also being close to town. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy dining at home or you are very close to town with all of the great restaurants. The rooftop terrace is perfect with the hot tub for sunsets and spending time with friends. The sheets and towels are great and the bathrooms are very nice and well designed. The beds were comfortable and the layout is perfect! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway for the Girls!

6 friends rented this amazing home for a long weekend and it was perfect! We had the best time! We spent a lot of time on the awesome rooftop hanging out enjoying the amazing weather and watching the gorgeous sunsets. The rooftop hot tub was a good call when the temperature dropped at night. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy here including the deck off of the main room where we sat around and drank coffee and had lunch at the table, and the nice patio off of the master bedroom was a nice place to relax as well. In the three bedrooms the beds are all super comfortable which made it really easy to get some good sleep. Since the house is less than a year old everything is very clean and modern. And the location is perfect - a short half block down to Windansea Beach where it's fun to watch the surfers. We all loved it and can't wait to return. Highly recommend this home for your LaJolla vacation!

This is an awesome house. Our family group of 3 couples and two children were very comfortable and never felt crowded, especially with 3 decks and full rooftop patio/living room. The furniture is comfortable inside and outside. We spent most of our time on the rooftop overlooking the ocean with lots of lounging space plus outdoor grill, sink, fridge and ice maker. Of course the hot tub was used by all. The special outdoor big screen tv was a hit. Beds and bedding are top notch and we all loved the heated bathroom floors. A block and a half walk to a beautiful beach. What more can you ask for? The house has high end appliances and well equipped kitchen, great WiFi throughout the house, even the rooftop. I would caution anyone with mobility issues that this house has lots of stairs from the first floor to the 2nd floor kitchen/living room area and then to the rooftop. Beach towels and nice beach chairs are provided. Service by the management company was the best we've ever experienced in many years of renting vacation property.
