This newly remodeled beach cottage is located in a fourplex and just steps from La Jolla's famous sandy Windansea beach. This adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bath beach cottage boasts comfortable accommodations, a large private deck, and a shared hot tub. Rent one cottage for an intimate beach retreat or multiple cottages to accommodate a larger group.

Stroll through the tree lined entrance and along the perfectly manicured lawn to your sunlight filled cottage. Enter the bright living room which features a comfortable sofa (which converts to a bed for additional sleeping arrangements), a flat screen TV, and convenient access to the bedroom and kitchen areas.

A fully equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances creates an easy place to prepare meals and snacks for you and your guests. A sunny café table for 2 invites others to join in on the fun.

The cottage's bedroom features a queen bed outfitted with luxury linens, flat screen TV, and storage. The en suite bathroom features a shower and tub as well as a sink with mirror.

Just outside you'll find your own extra large front deck complete with seating for four and a barbeque. What a perfect place to enjoy San Diego’s beautiful weather, al fresco dining, or soaking in the shared hot tub, California style.

One designated parking place is provided, as is cable and WIFI. Full size washer and dryer is also available for your use (shared with the adjacent unit)

One of La Jolla’s most famous beaches is conveniently located just a quick stroll from your front door while world-class restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes drive from the cottage.

Any guest who stays here will fall in love with this serene, simple cottage by the sea.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.

This property is not considered a luxury rental property and is a comfortable beach cottage and therefore is equipped and priced accordingly.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

Cleaning Fee's - Sea Breeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

Great value. Quiet neighborhood 1/2 block from the beach. Property management people were super responsive to a couple of small issues. Jacuzzi was really nice. Private deck. Kitchen and unit had everything to make staying easy. We'll stay again when we're back in La Jolla.

We stayed for 5 nights with our 14-month-old and had an amazing first-time family getaway. The privacy of our own place allowed us to go at our own pace. Location was great - a 1-minute walk to the gorgeous beach, and an enjoyable 10-15 minute walk to the amenities of La Jolla. The cottage was clean and the guest service folks were very responsive to our requests.
