Description

Colorful outdoor spaces with enclosed sunset views invite you to enjoy a BBQ and dine al fresco by the pool after a soak. A separate beautiful garden area provides a private place to relax.

Enter into a large great room, accessible from both the front and back yards. The family room area has a comfortable seating cluster so everyone can enjoy the happenings together, while a separate TV room offers an alternative space if needed. A gracious, beach-chic dining room has a formal table those seats 8. A large window and French doors open out to a side garden patio where you can sip morning coffee, read a book, or just sit for a quiet interlude.

A spacious, fully furnished modern kitchen, showcases granite counter tops and updated appliances, giving you everything you need to create everything from snacks to a full-on feast.
The kitchen is separated from the family room by a large granite top breakfast bar with seating for 2 and has easy access to the backyard so outdoor dining is a breeze.

The King master suite, located in the main home, features access to the outside, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower.
The remaining 2 guest bedrooms in the main home have queen beds, along with the TV room which has a Queen pullout sofa and a Twin Trundle Bed. The stand-alone casita (over the garage) has ocean views, a king bed, 50" smart TV and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere quality linens to ensure your every comfort. This home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds, and with 2 queen pullout sofas in the family room and TV room, it sleeps a maximum of 14.
Additional amenities include an outdoor shower for beach-goers, washer and dryer, WIFI and cable, air conditioning, 2 garage parking space, and 2 driveway parking spaces. There is also limited street parking.

La Jolla Shores is one of Southern California’s hidden gems, offering a relaxed lifestyle while being just a short stroll to the city’s best beaches, surfing, shopping, entertainment, and dining. Come enjoy this little slice of paradise, you will be glad you did!

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
-This home features a front yard putting green, board games and smart TVs throughout the home to make your in home experience just as fun as your beach day adventures.
-It has a large backyard pool and spa with a childproof fence and is located just a ½ block to La Jolla Shores Beach and its seaside park – Kellogg Park. Scripps Aquarium, and the Village of La Jolla are just a short drive away.
-The bedrooms and baths are spread through the house to allow privacy and personal space too.
-Freeway access is close so you can easily visit any of the many world-class attractions in the greater San Diego area.

-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies
