Description

Located just steps to the beach, this two-bedroom beachfront condo has everything you need to have a perfect vacation. Whether you are visiting La Jolla for a romantic getaway, with your family, or just yourself, this is a wonderful rental.

The 850 square foot condo has been decorated to provide comfort and style. The master bedroom has a large flat screen TV, king sized bed, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and shared bathroom. An air mattress can be provided for a small additional fee to provide extra sleeping space for one adult or two children. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The condo also boasts a 500 square foot patio with gas grill, outdoor furniture, and a private hot tub for two.

Stroll up the street to famous Prospect Avenue just a few minutes away. Hosting five-star restaurants, world class shopping, the legendary La Valencia Hotel, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, the quaint village of La Jolla offers endless options for your holiday enjoyment.

In addition to the amazing shopping and dining, the location is perfect for the outdoor activity enthusiast. You will find some of the world's most picturesque coastlines, fitness centers, and a tennis park just minutes away. Nearby ocean activities also include sea kayaks, body board and surfboard rentals, and snorkeling and scuba diving. Or, just relax on the grassy bluff which is perfect for a beach family picnic or enjoyment of an amazing La Jolla sunset.

Additional amenities for the condominium include wireless internet (WIFI), reserved parking and a separate private entrance with digital keypad.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

•No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
•Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
•This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
•Cleaning Fee's - Sea Breeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

Easy Breezy La Jolla Vaca!

We had a great trip in La Jolla, partially due to the fantastic experience with SeaBreeze. Anything we needed, they were a text away! Even stopped by to drop off extra hand soap when we ran out. Would absolutely seek out their properties for our next visit. The property was perfect and only a few steps to the beach. And you get a little ocean view from the outdoor shower or hot tub!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

This beautiful condo was perfect for our wonderful La Jolla vacation. It was spotless and stocked with everything we needed during our stay and was even better than described. The beds were large and very comfortable with very nice linens. You couldn't ask for anything more as far as the way the unit is furnished and we LOVED the outdoor patio and hot tub. The location was ideal as we were right across from a beautiful beach and we could walk a few minutes and tour around the Village. Our stay here was a very pleasant and unbeatable experience. Management was extremely helpful, promptly providing all of the answers to my requests for info. We will stay here for sure on our next trip to La Jolla.

EXCELLENT STAY

Perfect - As described in title

After much deliberation and debate, we booked this condo in LJ about two weeks prior to our arrival. Upon getting there, we had some difficulty getting into the place, but the SeaBreeze staff answered out phone call and helped us in. Parking is provided, in a shared lot with two other cars, but is not marked well. The last night, someone in another unit parked in our spot bc another car was parked in theirs. We found a place on the street, but this was frustrating and could be fixed by better highlighting the spots with visible numbers for the respective units. The best part of the place is the location: steps from the beach and walking distance to numerous shops and restaurant. The owners provide two beach chairs and umbrellas which we used one afternoon at the beach. The unit had a full kitchen, which we used to eat small meals and breakfast everyday. The place was immaculate when we got there and overall clean. The hot tub was a nice addition and we used everyday and was nice and warm when the sun went down. My only complaint is the beds: they were not comfortable. If you are used to a firm mattress, this is not the place for you, unless you can live with this, but it made my back sore. All in all, if you are looking to stay in La Jolla, I would recommend this rental.

Coastal walk right outside the building front door. And easy walk to shops, restaurants and museums. Beautifully furnished and well equipped kitchen. Lovely private patio, BBQ and hot tub.

Enjoyed staying at the condo. Nice and modern and location is spectacular. However, without air conditioning, sleeping proved difficult. The fans helped a little, but, really, air conditioning is needed during the summer months.

Modern, beach front condo

This condo is really top of the line. The location is absolutely breath taking and you are just steps from the beach. When we walked into the condo and saw how modern, contemporary, and clean it was, we knew we were in for a treat. Seabreeze really listened to our needs and what we were looking for in a beach vacation. One of the highlights for me was having the outdoor living space. The patio was perfect with the grill, eating areas, lounging furniture…and especially the hot tub! After a long day at the beach, we loved to hop in the jacuzzi and relax. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and would encourage people to take advantage of the location and try all of the great restaurants just down the street.

The rental and location are prime! Everything was perfect!Items supplied were dead on. Especially the boogie boards/beach chairs and beach toys for the little one. (I did leave more toys for future guests) Loved the condo, would love to stay at the same place again. Beach access nice and easy. Only one thing, would like to have a/c. At times it was a little warm, but tolerable.

Wonderful Stay in La Jolla

The location of condo is great. Short walking distance to everything in LaJolla. The condo itself is very nice and clean. Kitchen had everything you would need. Nice size living room with huge comfortable sectional couch and large TV with many channels. Both bedrooms are on the small side but both beds are comfortable. Master mattress is much softer, but be careful of corners on this bed, stick out kinda far. Master bath is decent size with deep jacuzzi tub. 2nd bath is really small with nice shower with rainforest shower head. All in all a nice place. Working with Seabreeze Mgr Tim was easy.

Great Spot

We flew to San Diego for a much-needed escape from winter and stayed for half our vacation in La Jolla. This condo was great: two bedrooms (our young sons stayed in one, we slept in the other), two baths, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable living area, patio with hot tub and grill. And the location can't be beat: you're literally steps from the beach, a short walk to Seal Rock and also a great playground, a quick drive to restaurants/La Jolla village/coffee shops/etc. We would definitely return!

We loved our stay and the location. The condo is right across from the cliffs overlooking beaches. We sat every night on the grassy cliffs and watched beautiful sunsets - then walked into the village for dinner. Wonderful. The staff members at Seabreeze Vacation Rentals were very helpful and accomodating.

The condo was better than advertised, great location. Close to downtown and restaurants. The beach is right across the street. There were kid beach toys and boogie boards for us to use. When I first saw the property I didn't see a television in the living room but was presently surprised hiding behind a mirror was a monster flat screen with a bunch of movies to watch. The property management was great. Overall a good time was had by all. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation in La Jolla

This location was all that was described. Very quiet and private location. The local restaurants were awesome. The weather was cloudy and windy but that made for some awesome waves. Our daughter loved the seal watching every day and we all slept great in the comfortable beds. We couldn't get the wifi to work but just connected with the cable to the modem for the little bit of work that had to get done. Loved the video on demand for the kid shows for some downtime at night. The hot tub was very relaxing to sit in at night, daughter loved the colourful lights. We felt very secure in the property and would return again.

This was a great vacation experience! Being our first stay at a rental property, we were a bit anxious. However, the property more than lived up to the pictures and the descriptions on the website. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent. The only surprise was that the condo wasn't air conditioned. But we quickly realized it wasn't needed. We were quite comfortable. Over all the experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this location. The beach was spectacular!

An awesome holiday in LaJolla - this condo is ideally located and has everything you need for a great trip. Nice, but small (2 person) hot tub in the courtyard. Rates are a bit pricey for 2 people, but very reasonable if you have 4. Overall, a great stay.

Fabulous Condo

We loved our stay and overall we were thrilled with the experience. There are a few minor changes that would have made the experience absolutely perfect. A beach umbrella would be a nice addition to the beach chairs. We also had trouble working the TV (the instructions were not in the black book with other instructions. However, or contact at Seabreeze responded quickly to my message and walked me through the process over the phone - great customer service! And most importantly the condo is lovely - a wonderful place to spend a vacation, we will be back!
