Nearly an acre of lushly landscaped land features a large fenced-in flat yard surrounding the stunning pool and spa. A side courtyard patio has a soothing waterfall feature where you can sit for a relaxing respite. The backyard has a table for outside dining and a barbecue conveniently located near the pool/spa. This 5,270 sq. ft., two-story private, well-designed, and peaceful home has many places for you and your family or guests to rest, play games, swim, relax in the spa, dine al fresco, and enjoy amazing views. Enter and find yourself in a spacious living room that sports an air hockey table and a fireplace, as well as a seating cluster from which to enjoy views. A family room with floor-to-ceiling windows just off the kitchen offers a large flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and lots of comfortable seating options. There is a separate dining room for eight with easy access to the outside areas. A beautiful chef’s kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your family.
