What is our mission?

We provide an ever improving vacation home rental experience by exceeding guests expectations from start to finish. How do I make a reservation?

For your convenience, you can create a reservstion using our online booking system or over the phone with one of our reservsations agents at (858) 414-2345

Once we confirm the details of your reservation, we will prepare a short term rental agreement and email it to you. We require 50% of the total payment due at the time of booking in order to reserve your requested property. Please note that no reservation is confirmed until we receive BOTH the signed rental agreement and the 50% of your total payment. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

What types of payments are accepted?

The credit cards we accept are Visa and Mastercard. Cashiers checks and money orders are also accepted but please remember that no reservation is confirmed until payment is received. *Personal checks can also be accepted, however, out of state checks may require a 10 day hold by our bank.

What is the cancellation policy?

This is copied direct from the SeaBreeze Vacation Rental Agreement: "If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and a 4% credit card processing fee, if applicable. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) reservation. If the SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive 100% of the deposit back minus the cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If necessary, the SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to confirm a last minute reservation. In this case, I(WE) will receive a refund based on this newly discounted rate minus the $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable). If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the monies paid are non-refundable."

What is the check-in/ check-out procedure?

It is a self check in and check out. This means that you are free to arrive at the property anytime after 4PM on your arrival date and check out anytime before 11AM on your departure date. Although we inspect the property after each departure, we encourage you to inspect the property when you arrive to ensure that there was no major damage done by the previous guests that you could be held responsible for. If you do notice any serious damage done to the property, please call our Daily Operations Manager at (858) 349-9044. Each property has individual check in details, which will be emailed to you 2-4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Is the property pet friendly?

Most of our properties are pet friendly; however, please inquire about the specific property you are interested in to be sure. All pet friendly properties require a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. If you do choose to bring your pet you are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). SBVR will give a warning upon the first complaint by a neighbor. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of the rental contract with no refund given.

Can I host an event at a property?

Each property is individually owned and it is at the owner's discretion to allow any "event" hosted at the property during your stay. Events include but are not limited to: weddings ceremonies/ receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, and any other large gathering that exceeds the predetermined maximum occupancy of each individual property. All events must be pre-approved with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals prior to reservation confirmation. Failure to do so will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
