The Perfect Penthouse is a beautiful new top floor unit, well-equipped with all new furnishings. The living space provides a contemporary open kitchen, dining, and living room in the front of the unit to maximize the sunlit living space. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A great place for couples, small families, or groups of 7 or fewer looking for a memorable place to spend a summer vacation. A few steps away are either the beach or the bay and within a short walk are terrific restaurants, shopping, and amusement park complete with oceanfront roller coaster.

The vaulted ceiling living room has comfortable seating and a large screen television with dvd player for wonderful evenings with the family. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with every item you will need to make your family meal, including an island with a counter height bar, plus dining table for 8. A door off the living room leads to the balcony, with a gas bbq for the outdoor chefs. There is a shared front patio downstairs which has an additional gas grill and a bistro set to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. Full laundering facilities are also located in the home.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and DVD player, and an attached bathroom with tiled shower enclosure and tub. The second and third bedrooms each have two twin beds, full closets and access to the adjacent full bathroom across the hallway. There are two off street parking spaces provided in the garage. This home has forced air heating but does not have air conditioning.

The unit located on the same property right downstairs is the 2 bedroom, 2 bath "Gotta Getaway". Large groups can rent both units together to create a combined total of 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeping space for up to 10 with 4 parking spaces all on one property.

    This property really is the perfect location for a family getaway! My husband and I have 2 kids - ages 16 and 12 - and a dog, and our stay was fantastic! The house is extremely close to both the bayside and the beach, so we enjoyed the best of both, kiyacking and swimming in the bay and taking long walks on the beach! We loved that we had a garage for parking. The property had everything we could possibly need - bikes, boogie boards, BBQ, and more. We also had an excellent view of the Sea World fireworks. I hope to come back next summer. Thank you for opening your home to us.

    The house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were clean and the showers had hot water with very good water pressure. The bikes and boogie boards made it easy to enjoy the beach lifestyle without having to rent anything. The unit was well stocked with towels, including beach towels. We were impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was with all those little things like foil, lemon pepper, etc. Having a garage was a huge plus and the washer and dryer were a nice touch. The property manager was attentive and charming. The location was private and quiet, yet close enough to the action. I highly recommend #823 San Luis Rey!

    This was definitely one of the best vacations for the family. Place was in great shape, very spacious & comfortable and within walking distance of the beaches & shopping (Belmont Place). We're already planning our trip for next year.
